I wouldn't trust buying a PS5 from Amazon I use to work at the warehouse for 4 years and most items use to be damaged while being shipped out especially during holidays it gets worse buy the PS5 from Target Gamestop especially Best Buy that's where I got mines also Costco Sams Club or PlayStation Direct best places to get the PS5 that's just my opion but Amazon can't trust them
