Welcome to Among Us! It’s a simple deception game. As crewmates, we have to complete a set of tasks before the impostors can win. The impostors must sabotage and take out crew mates in order to stop them from completing their tasks. No communication is allowed during the actual rounds. Once a body has been discovered or an emergency meeting is called, we can discuss our accounts of what happened. Then we try to vote the likely impostors off the ship. This game is SO MUCH FUN. I’m loving TheOtherRoles Mod new updates. Many new roles and combinations now there’s basically a near equal 3-factions/teams that you can win for. So if you’re a crew/neutral you won’t feel like you’re just waiting in line to be killed and the Impostors aren’t the only “star” role.
The vulture role is cool but so difficult to win on unless shielded and the impostors accidentally killed 2-for-1 lovers.
The lawyer is fun, although I wish it included the neutral roles too. I think proximity chat might help for certain roles esp Lawyers and Lovers or helping their jester lover win etc
So the new role is a reverse Alec Baldwin?

Edit: he explained it, it means that if the person you gave the blank to tries to kill you, you stay alive and their kill cooldown is reset.
I feel bad when players get the bait role. At least when 80% of the town isn't even town.

All the vids in the last month I watched that Ari joined in just paint her as like…50 iq plays
Imagine if there was a role after death where you could drop hints on how you died, or mislead people with 1 word clues, each round you get a few options for clues ie light or dark and you choose a task to leave it on/by, and anyone can pick it up including imps by being the first to hit use on the highlighted task. This role would be able to be given to anyone at random which is where the misleading part comes in
So, does a blanked person become disarmed for a few seconds, the rest of the round (until the next meeting), or the rest of the game?
Would actually love to see a role that can only kill from inside a vent. So you have to go into the vent and then wait for someone to walk close to it and then kill them. Like a trap-door spider. Could be called The Ambusher or something.

The Vulture is such a great role, since if you don't eat enough bodies, you actually have incentive to tie the vote to keep people alive.

i would love to know what was going on through ari's mind in that stream. lmao the times she just threw the game (which tbf i don't think she actually meant to be so wrong so many times) were equally frustrating and hilarious to watch. i had to go watch other people's povs of some of the games. in retrospect its funny but man did i feel like i was losing my mind. all love to ari!

Side effect idea:
“Stacker” works equivalent to Button Barry and Torch.
A 10% chance side effect that allows the said player stack their “cooldown” actions.
For example imps can stack their kill button, pursuer can stack blanks, engi can stack fixes, and so on.
If cooldowns are 25, players with “stacker” effect have their cooldowns increased by 15+ seconds.

The lawyer role shouldn't be called "Lawyer." It should be a "Defendant" if your defendant doesn't die, but then turn into a "persecutor" if your defendant is murdered.
