Hash's anger towards the Yone buff is a literal mood
A slight correction about the Chemtech giving bonus damage based on the enemies current health. That is what killing the dragon gives you (the mini buffs before soul), not when in chemfog. Still really annoying for basically every top laner, taking more damage based on something you cant even influence. Sure would be great if top laners could somehow make their way across the map quickly to influence early drake fights.
