I wish they'd added some fighting to the video.. 🙁
That said, things I noticed:
1:17 I'd say a car show-room (LexOs, instead of Lexus :P) is the front of a scav base, probably home to one of the Streets Bosses, stretching all the way back to 1:44.
2:41 The apartment he enters has the same recording device on the wall as in the Terragroup office at 3.08, there's also a box labeled "Radiological Survey Meter".
2:59 The REALLY weird looking AK is actually an AK-102 with a bunch of mods and no sights. :/
A few interesting details, but nothing really amazing or new.
