I got this for 14 dollars
Got so close to platinum on PS4. Now about to play from the start again on Xbox Series X. Game just looks so good.
Love the feeling of power you get that seems to be missing from other games.
Was fun but I think it lacked in what to do.
i really want this to work. I feel like this game is so unique. the last time i even played a game even slightly similar to this ( and by that i mean a mecha based game where you can fly as you please ) was Zone Of The Enders. when i first saw this game it was amazing looking. there arent enough mecha/mobile suit games like this where you can fly and explore and shoot/fight. 90% of the games i see ( atleast big title good graphics games ) are on the ground combat and its getting bland. i liked doing all the spins in the air and deploying tracking missles. I was playing this as much as i could but it got to the point where it was just not possible. It would be cool to see this really done up for ps5 and see what they're capable of in it
If you wanted to replay the story content but you have already completed the game can you start it over and will this erase all your progress with your initial armor?

I honestly didn't mind the story, but the fact they ended it with a cliff hanger like they were going to make a sequel was laughable at the time. I still go into anthem and play for about an hour or so because I do like the gameplay, but that's about it. As soon as I saw what the endgame had to offer and how much I would be grinding for I basically gave up and focused on making my javelin stronger and look cooler. I have only played as the warlock class(I might have gotten that wrong it's been a while) because it's the only class that plays exactly how I want it to I love chaining combos and setting up damage effect chains.
Thanks very much for the video, I really didn’t know much about anthem and wanted to jump in to see what anthem 2.0 would look like if I wanted to buy the game when that came out and this gave a great summation of what we know is coming and how it looks
This game is a dump fire, the way they are approaching still is a waste, and this thing has so much potential, I think they just don’t want to put money in to it, loot is still crap, and scaling is horrendous I’m still hoping because anthem at 60fps 😍 but I doubt it will come back.
It’s a game I want to succeed because destiny 2 is beginning to dip in quality and somebody has to kick their ass so they can actually start trying.

Just got Anthem for 10 dollars. I got it now so that if there is any change that improves the Game nicely then I am glad I got it for $10 just in case the price goes up.
Man I was sooooo hyped for this game. Played it like crazy at launch with my group of friends. But the game didn’t have an endgame so we all moved on pretty quickly. Sad, there was so much potential.

If they don't fix the flight mechanics and the near constant overheating, I'm not trying the new version. Flying should be FUN and of course Anthem figured out how to make it unfun and damn annoying.
This should have been an rpg. Loot games are absolute cancer.
Atm I just hope they fix the borked harddrive usage. Pre-release was smooth as butter, but the day zero patch screwed it up so bad. It was virtually unplayable and I'm afraid to go back. I dont want to waste 80gb of data just to see nothing has been done to fix it.
For anyone unaware, the day zero patch caused 100% CPU and harddrive usage. This resulted in random pauses with invisible enemies shooting at you.

Good video. Lots of great details about Anthem 2.0, but it doesn't seem like something we'll be getting soon. Outriders is coming out in April, but you can get the free demo on February 25th and your progress will carry over into the full game. I think Anthem hype will be overshadowed if Outriders is what we hoped Anthem would have been–a fun looter shooter that we can feel progress in as we play. A lot of what you described will be in Outriders. Will I play Anthem 2.0? Yes, if they make it free to those of us who paid for it. I especially felt ripped off because I preordered and bought the $80 version. I also preordered Fallout 76 so I was really kicking myself. You said F76 was better now so I may give it another go. Thanks for your coverage!
