  1. I'm not a fan of Anthem it was literally watching someone ruin something they had perfect instructions to create. I just can't hate on the people Still playing when I gave Bungie so many chances after their screw ups with both Destiny 1 and 2. Especially if the Anthem Next of 2.0 thing is free though I doubt it will be Anthem Fans will in my be less ripped off than Destiny fans

  2. I think giving up on anthem would be a mistake. The core gameplay is there, the game could be great, and based on its initial hype, they could fix it and it could do really well. And, lets be honest here, dont we all think that with a few key changes anthem could be friggin awesome?

  3. The people thinking Anthem is dead don’t play it. Meanwhile every week the missions are full and plenty of people online playing it. They just don’t post on meme vids.

  4. This game has been a complete disaster since day zero of its launch! The name Anthem is completely tarnished in the gaming community, and I don’t think there’s any coming back for this IP

  5. Yeah they had such a good idea and all the graphics are great but the missions and all that are repetitive and get boring fast and don’t forget about the really slow loading time had the game crash on me once mid mission and only had the game for 2 days

  6. Where's my refund. False advertising and an unfinished game. That said, I have not and will not buy any EA/Bioware game ever again. These companies will continue to do this to us consumers over and over again unless we hurt their bottom line.

  7. Anthem could still pull out if they put the game as free like Warframe
    And put cosmetics
And some other stuff to buy in game
But no they still are greedy af and even when you can see the game slowly dying still ask for loads of Cash

  8. in reality this “live service game” is just a cash grab. they already got millions from people for selling a broken game. and just fyi.. there are still people who care about the money invested into this game. i personally want to see my moneys worth.

  9. The only thing that bothers me about this is that I pre-ordered the game because it looked like a great game, plus my friends were also getting it. This was the second pre-order I had ever made and it also was a slap to the face. First one was fallout 76.

  10. they could have made anthem a huge game by
    1. introducing the mass effect style exploration, in next gen console the loading screen would have been non existant.
    2. make the gameplay outside of mecha in specific scenerio or mission like u have to repair the armor or have to fight by stealth or meelee with enemies
    3. introducing different game modes outside of the campaign, like pvp with mecha in specific planet zone, a battleroyal like gameplay like u will be dropped off a strange planet and u have to find the mecha under a specific time limit, gathering resources with wildlife.
    4. introducing universe map with spaceships and space stations, just like no mans sky, visiting different planet with specific missions or side tasks
    5. new craftable mecha, again with finding epic techs by fighting different planet bosses, new star system zones or portals
    6. fully underwater planets and zones where there is no mecha charge cooldown.
    7. huge mecha bosses just like world boss(universe boss here) as a weekly, monthly basis to keep the content going.
    8. extension of mecha parts for various useful combat mechanics in different biome like for huge toxic planet corrosion reducing armor, for full spaceflight wing extension, for underwater a fin system, for gamma ray, nanoshield based bot swarms

  11. 2 years of prototyping for a game thats already out those guys are retards they needed to fix the game in 2 years not find a way to maybe start fixing it in 2 years. So they still got nothing done Bioware is just lucky their old stuff and Swtor still brings revenue in for EA or they would shut them down. Those guys get paid to burn money and get nothing done.

  12. To be more accurate, Anthem did not brick any PS4 consoles.

What it did was cause a hard drive to be in a state where the database needed to be repaired, which required putting the PS4 in a safe mode which most people did not even know existed.
    Thus the claims of bricking.

And Anthem wasn't the only game that had caused this in the past, it just did it more frequently, any game that would be saving to the hard drive during a crash could cause this issue.

  13. For the love of god fix your volume levels. I was listening to you talk, I was in my room, my family was sleeping, and then at the end outro played and it was so fucking loud the whole house erupted.
