Apex Legends Black Friday Controversy And Wildlife Changes. Apex Legends launched the new black friday skins yesterday and for the most part fans seem happy however KevtheKing and other players found that Respawn and EA have been a little shady about how they have priced the skins in the store. Alonh with that players have been complaining about the AI Wildlife on the new stormpoint map and Respawn dev rodney reece has said that he does plan on taking a look and improving some things in regards to the prowlers spiders and the future goliaths.

You thoughts on the Goliaths in the future wildlife and the black friday skins?
They fuck up from jump anyways the wildlife should’ve been attack players randomly out the gate all over the map. who idea was to have nest spawn just so other teams can watch a team get killed by 8 wildlife should get fired
AI is fine. next update they remove lava from World Edge because lava attack player. nah nah.
Prowlers should do little to no damage in ranked. Shouldn’t have to be worried about ur game being grieved by an AI

Died to a prowler at the end of a game yesterday and this video comes out today 🙂 . Prowler came right out of the ring and finished me off while I was healing .. didnt even hear it coming lol. AI is immune to ring damage I assume.
I have no problem with the wildlife I actually like it in ranked for many reasons. It would be dumb if they took them out

The wildlife changes up the gameplay. You have to consider them in your rotation I’ve even triggered all the spiders on purpose to escape people and it’s not like they spawn randomly across the map everyone knows where they are, if you know where they are then complain a prowler killed you when you walked past a nest of them your an idiot.

I like the wildlife in the game. They give you loot for the long run. Never had a problem with anything, but sometimes the circle is weird towards the end. Keep the wildlife; it gives everyone a challenge

I don’t think the AI should be there ranked or pubs. Losing a game due to the ring closing and the only cover being a prowler din end game isn’t encouraging in the least

As a person who is very competitive by nature I absolutely hate the wildlife.. like if they were all activateable like the spider it would help (but then again people could use them against you) it is just annoying to almost squad wipe three squads in a plat lobby just to be one tapped by a prowler 0.5 secs before you get off a phonoiex

Not sure I understand the requests for wildlife to be removed. Surely if you are playing at higher level you can handle some basic, dumb AI. It seems like the 'pros' seem to complain and whinge about everything now in Apex rather than working to improve their game. Really feels like the game is now geared towards crybaby "Ooh I'm scared of change" and make easy money until I'm 25 and then I'm past it pros rather than the actual people who play Apex for fun and a break from their day to day grind at work who appreciate the game for what it is.
Each map has a different element everyone has to adapt. Maybe in the future have a spider, prowler, and Goliath boss spawns randomly in the map and if you kill all three you get something exclusive

Well i going to comment on the first time <listen right now i"m having soo much fun with apex , I mean it feel"s crazy bad asss==To be able to go to paradise and ,my point is i love that they want to do new things that i don"t want to criticized that much /so they abandon the game +=if some people that have the money , and want to support the program i did and i don"t have my income like i used to , but i also want to be part of it and support the game that i don"t want the game to die for good!/I want to continued to have that hypee of going in to battle in such i high density game like this thank "s and have a save apex trip.
I’m fine with the AI wildlife. Yes it is frustrating to be third parties by the AI, but it adds the game. I’ll shoot spider eggs as I’m running though a tunnel to have them help fight off the squad pushing me. There’s ways to play around them and they add another dimension to the game.

Only problem with the AI Wildlife are the amount of Prowlers that spawn out of a singular nest. Had over 10 come out of a nest the other day and 3rd party us while we were fighting a team. Surprised we beat the team and the Prowlers but it's a bit too much
