With the 100% headshot accuracy ban, would you not get banned i you hit 1 headshot and then died without firing another bullet? Very valid points and totally agree on the LTM cycle aswell

It’s not dying. It’s still up there in terms of players and streaming numbers. But no one is really talking about it because of all the other games getting the hype. I agree with your points tho.
I imagine they don't do LTMs anymore because nobody played them. they used to do them somewhat regularly, but they've slowed in the last year or so. it makes sense tho, I rarely saw streamers playing LTMs, outside of one or two YouTube vids or the classic kill farming in winter express for a tweet. you mostly just complained about subjective shit tho and equated that to the game dying which is absurd, you'll know the game is dying when u can't get an instant pub queue which hasn't been an issue since season 0 when they game really came close to dying. ultimately it's the best free to play game available by a long shot and it's availability on all platforms ensures it'll endure for years to come. seems like you just need to make some adaptations and learn to enjoy the game as a player and not someone who only plays to try to monetize content

Sometimes I really do not understand Devs game developing/marketing strategies. I agree, having LTMs rotate weekly would definitely increase the player base! Yet for some reason, the devs logic is that it would decrease the population of the other servers or not draw in enough new players. I don’t think that’s true at all! People will always come back to battle royal, and ranked royal etc, even with a TDM mode and LTM’s rotating weekly! The point is just to make the game not feel stale, and give players what they want and have been asking for. How could that not increase the player base?! I swear devs just like killing games, especially at EA lmao 🤣 Still haven’t gotten those highly valued new servers either… just doing that would make the entire player base more happy and content

I'm with you with the fact that community is giving constant feedback but it feels like there is very low to no reception on the community comments at all.
They litterally only go for the bucks and what they think would bring bucks without realising that listening to the community will bring bucks way more.
I quit at the beginning of this season and haven't looked back but the right changes would definitely get me and my money back
There's skins in Battlefield 2042 that reward the player for using the character abilities that promotes team play this is one of the little things thatll make things more fun

Sbmm sucks most of the time for pubs and capping the amount of players in pub lobbies to 60 also sucks especially on storm point.
Id rather have some respawn options like in warzone be it a LTM like in warzone. I hate waiting 2 mins in lobby to land and get back again.
Halo has a terrible firing range, WZ doesn’t have one. WZ also doesn’t have customs or ranked. Apex is gonna be more than fine. I think many people will get burnt out on halo being stuck in an arena the whole time as opposed to the uncertainty of what will happen in BR match. Compared to WZ, Apex is in a great spot with the devs not even putting in tdm or Ltm modes yet. Also ppl are always going to be selling an achievement skin just like they do with the 4K and 20 bomb badges. I understand all of your issues with the game, but everything you mentioned are issues that other huge games also have. Buuut what the hell are you smoking saying that you think less aim assist making it more difficult will make it more fun?
The main thing I truly want is to have stuff to grind for and have more content, I completly agree it would be cool to get exclusive skins for Kill Tiers such as 1K – 5K – 10K – 20K… more rewards for actually playing :/ thats why I used to play COD so much

I paused the vid at the aim assist part, I’ve been playing apex since season 1, I completely agree aim assist on console is so strong it’s literally broken on console, it’s making the skill gap a lot smaller but we all know most video game franchises love their casuals and will do anything to keep them around. I’ve been saying they need to nerf aim assist for months, if it’s not changed before cross progression comes however I will switch over to pc because I’d rather deal with an occasional aim bot rather than this literal soft aim bot that’s plaguing console right now.

Agree with everything said, but I’m still enjoying the game (since S0) and don’t see me dropping off anytime soon. Still the best BR out there but I hope they do address the major concerns/issues sooner rather than later.

The base movement system is truly incredible and makes every single other game feel clunky and unpolished, but I think that Apex abilities are super mediocre
