Apex Legends New Buffs and Nerfs and Skulltown Returns as John Larson a Respawn Dev in an interview yesterday stated they were actually looking at ways to buff Gibby along with plans on how to rework Pathfinders passive after a fan favorite ability went over to a new leaked legend. Along with that Skull Town POI looks to be coming back along with other sections of Kings Canyon for a new map for different LTMs of control to be played on.

Do you think Gibby should get a buff? Let me know your reasoning.
Free for all would be a great way to give all the players who want “Solo’s” to return without messing with the core game. It wouldn’t necessarily matter about balance or legend pick rates. Legends would still be balanced/focused in a team oriented play and everyone that wants to run around killing other movement legends for awhile can do it. This is coming from someone who is against Solos as well.
As for Gibby buff, I think that could be really unhealthy for the game at higher level play. If they truly want to buff his overall pick rate then change his hit box to the normal sizes and adjust his passive to match. Players wouldn’t have to compensate playing around his size and newer players wont think he moves slower (idk how ppl still think this but I see it all the time lol). This would be a welcomed change for higher level play as well so I dont think it’d get the same backlash as buffing his kit would.

He inst special anymore , every recon can scan beacons and anytime your on a zip line you get clapped easily it's not a good ability anymore when it's so predictable. Make it so you zip faster on pathfinders zip line that's all im asking

Idk why pathfinder has so much hate on his passive, I mean if your near a beacon you basically get 2 zip lines at a time if you already have it and it gives insane rotation potential

Gibraltar is literally the most buffed legend. I 100% disagree on buffing him, maybe a rework, but not a buff. He’s already got the best tactical in the game with the bubble dome, dome res, has an actual passive with his gun shield when another legend (pathfinder) doesn’t even have a passive ability. He just isn’t a popular pick.
Buff anyone else , why gibby? I’m sure the Devs are just trolling us, he’s so strong and has a lot in his kit, buff wattson , she sucks.

Gibby literally has the equivalent of a purple shield straight off drop, but sure, let's give him a buff. They reworked Wraith's naruto run; they can make big changes if they have to.
Make Gibby slightly smaller as a whole, make his arm animations faster to buff perceived movement, and then remove fortified. That'd be a start
Right now, he both doesn't feel good to play because he's so massive, and he doesn't feel good to fight because he has such a significant HP advantage

Skull town fragment and gardens suck everyone drops there in the first two min half of the squads are gone and not even the best squad wins its whatever squad third partied last
It's crazy how they focus on the same few legends and ignore all the ones that ACTUALLY need buffs
