  1. Remove LMG's is a much larger and more annoying problem…

Also just completely change revenants ult or stop shadows from using jump pads/movement abilities/ults… Or just bring back it's effective radius

  2. I have been in lobbies with my .6 I was at a clear disadvantage. Everyone on PC smoked me. I am an average player I am pretty sure I was going against average players. The thought process should be scalable. I really don't see how the limitations on controller are overcome by the .6. It actually screws me up in close combat so I also don't understand the argument that controller players are going to own PC players at close range. Final argument all controller players in ALGS have to use PC values so they don't have the advantage PC players are butt hurt about either.

  3. Console controller player here! I truly believe they should nerf the aim assist! The removal of aim assist would be too much but I think for starters they should at least cut it in half!

  4. I mean, if you know how to really swing around, and I mean really really know how to swing around with Pathfinder. Then youre not cheating.

    I'm a beast w Pathfinder & his grapple. That's not tap strafing.

  5. i think they just needa make mnk input on console since you can play controller on pc that would shut everyone up let the roller bunny’s try to make the switch i bet they would still stick to roller instead of taking the time to get good pc movement takes forever to learn

  6. Personally I’ve never felt I’ve benefited from aim assist so I don’t really care.
as soon as cross progression becomes a thing I’m going over to pc, the benefits of MnK over controller are night and day for overall gameplay, accuracy is easier, movement is easier, healing is easier, looting is easier.

  7. I've played with PC values of aim assist and it does indeed feel smoother. There is a setting on console to play with the PC values but it's in the ALC and it's not as simple as changing my sensitivity in ALC. I can't find out how to do it well or accurate. (That or I'm just kinda dumb and rushed through it.) But I'd love for a aim assist change button to be in the default controller settings.

  8. well if they nerf aim assist they better give pc players the same recoil. PC players shouldnt be able to lazer while holding down the trigger at far distance nor beam while hip firing. give n take lets get it. IMO no to minimal recoil trumps aim assist you cry babies

  9. If respawn nerf/ remove aim assist idk if that’ll hurt us more than of pc players, really nervous on the direction respawn is going because this change seems like people like me might have a harder time getting kills, but idk we’ll see I guess…

  10. I play on console with the new series x and I dont mind if they nerf aim assist when they give us the new gen update. But until then I do feel like it makes up for the frames and resolution that pc has over console

  11. If they nerf it all around rip for most console players i think a tap strafe nerf was needed but only because of most pc players have cracked af movement anyway console aim asist is needed in my opinion pc is just better. Evry time console gets a nerf i hope we turn it into pc needs this nerf then lol fucking cry babies

  12. If you really think about it why would you choose console when you can just go to PC if aim assist was removedThere will be no reason it will be dumb for me to actually use it cuz a mouse is better than a thumbstick it gives you a lot more control and precision so I will obviously switch over to PC if I want to go pro and switch off a console so and the simple fact is they can't be together they are two different to be together consoles are separate from PC that's how it was before cross play or it was only consoles as pros and barely any PC simple fact just keep them separate you can't make them joint together no matter how much you want to play with your PC friend or how much you want to play with your console friend it just causes problems

  13. Trying to find any kind of balance on console is impossible until they also ban people for using input Converters with macros which is why they banned strike packs from the algs console players

  14. The thing is we have a higher aim assist on console because were capped at 60 FPS max!!!. Without the option of playing 120hz on ps5. Which is so unfair to vs Someone on 165hz display that can see you before you see them. Meanwhile Ps4 players are running around with anywhere from 30 FPS to maybe a high 50s If they have a PS4 pro. Coming from a person whos played from the day the game daily since it came out on console. Dont fuck with something that I have built muscle memory on for the last two years. It has been in the game ever since the day it was released and now 2 full years later because some pro players have a little fucking cry online they’re going to change it just to appeal to them. If anything they should force console players to play on PC aim assist only wile in PC lobbies

  15. Controllers were made for gaming MnK was made for programming controller with low aim assist will get destroyed by pc .
Pc players can destroy console players from range all day with there no recoil
Controller without aim assist takes way more skill than MnK that’s a fact
Gaming should’ve stayed controllers only so we don’t have all these people bitching
Or just make it where controller players play controller players and MnK players play MnK player simple .

  16. Myself being a controller player on console, with a really old console at that. I dislike this debate the more I hear it. MnK players have always been at the highest echelon of first person shooters. The ability to have such high accuracy at short, medium, and long ranges, as well as high movement capabilities all while having the finest of tunable controls should end this debate here. If you add framerate, resolution and even server quality, the debate is even more useless. Pc MnK players have a resounding advantage, period. Aim assist is here for controller to assist with the lack of such high accuracy. Even though high level controller players are still amazingly accurate. But they are no where near the level of MnK and that can be doubled for pc MnK players. Even when console controller players go to pc lobbies they still have a resounding disadvantage, just the servers are better and the game is way smoother. I understand that in close range controllers can out aim pc players but this is because aim assist allows for us to keep out shots on target, when our target starts trying to strafe like a god and out move us. . The only way I can see this debate ending is if aim assist gets lowered for console controller players in pc lobbies, but have the ratio dropped to pc controller stats. Also with tap-strafing being removed, close range fights will be easier for all players alike. In the end losing this one unintended mechanic, leaves MnK players with still a plethora of movement mechanics that controllers cannot use unless changing every button input. At the very least of all of this I cannot understand how anyone that plays high level would ever sacrifice such great accuracy and speed for such a decline of inputs and accessibility with some aim assist. In the back of all of these statements, opinions, and experience of myself and all of us. We all are still plagued by "hackers" that use all types of unfair equipment and hacks that make a portion of all of our arguments invalid. Things like strikepacks and cronus maxes make aim assist into aimbot and recoil nonexistent, causing even more divide in our community. In the end, again, we all have to understand that aim assist is necessary, that MnK player will always be better than controller, that console controller will be a priority for accessibility, that pc will be a priority when it come to changes in all aspects of game design and that the high echelon players especially pc players have lost the egotistical ideas they had and console feared. That they are better overall and no little stick and thumb will ever beat a mouse, a whole arm and damn key board.

  17. If you’re on pc isn’t being above 60fps a huge advantage, if you lower aim assist , why not uncap the frame limit on consoles (especially the ‘performance’ models of the Xbox and ps)

  18. The aim assist is pretty weak IMO i still miss a ton of shots lol if they change it there will definitely be a ton of backlash I’d rather them just keep tap strafe honestly
