  13. Seer's cool but his ultimate feels pretty passive for an ultimate. It gets real valuable only on the endgame and it's still pretty similar to other character's tacticals in terms of its function. Crypto, Wattson and even Caustic can do the same with their abilities by only using the tacticals, not the ultimates.

    To me it looks as if it would be better if his tactical was his ultimate and vice-versa.
