Season 11 Pushing For Ranked Changes In Apex Legends as the current setup of a ranked split and of no reranking has been a staple of Apex Legends ranked for as long as most players can remember. Now Pro players and causual alike are asking Respawn to take another look at the system which has so long been in place and asking for simple changes that would make the game run a bit smoother and change the pace up quite a bit.

  1. Hey Thordan, theres an audio glitch out that people have been experiencing, i believe it has to do with MIRAGE.And his abilities. My entire squad lost audio from some Mirage who intentionally used the glitch in multiple fights the same game.We won the first fight but his octane team mate grabbed their banners and rezzed.the second time they completely deafened our audio and killed us.Audio is the biggest part of apex. Its e only way to stay an step ahead of an team in 1v3s and especially in tracking an weakened enemy. Is there any way to include an questionnaire in your next video to see if any people out there actually know how to do it because ive researched it and havent found out how to do it.I just want it patched.

  2. Reseting it back by 1.0 would be better at least. Master/Pred going back to Plat 2 is annoying as fuck because when I grind from reset. It takes me longer to get out of Plat because of the reset people then the people who are eventually diamonds are in ranks they don't belong and become hardstuck D4s who don't give a shit about improving or getting better

  3. The split makes me not want to grind ranked tbh. And honestly I’d be fine with worlds edge all season in ranked. The other two are terrible ranked maps. You have kings canyon and then pretty kings canyon. No difference between the two when it comes to gameplay

  4. So Thordan wants to go back to being hard stuck in Gold 4. Just because someone “hard stuck” don’t mean they need to practice. If you want to be hard stuck then you derank yourself and stop having your friends carry you.

  5. This game is too sweaty at this point rip apex and dev do nothing sorry it had to be said it’s the truth they’re to busy sucking lemonade out of streamers wankers so hard they aren’t even doing their flipping job, and sad asf you have to buy mod packs or hacks just to play this game it’s been going downhill and a pity it is it truly is

  6. Yeah if they did bring deranking I can see a lot of people purposely losing so get the lowest rank possible just to shit on low skill players.

  7. I don't feel like the split is insanely short. If the split was longer, I think there would be more people trying to avoid every fights and keep camping to earn about like 10 or 20 points a game, which I personally think they don't deserve a higher tier. Also, for those campers, I think there should be an extra requirement to rank-up. I think there should be a minimum number of wins for each tier(ex: you need at least 10 wins starting from Diamond 4 to reach Masters). I mean, its ridiculous to see a Master player that can't even win one single game in Diamond rank just because he camped well every single time.

  8. There needs to be more risk involved with ranked, like de-ranking, but at the same time there also needs to be more incentive to partake in that risk i.e. exclusive skins/emotes/executions for Plat through Pred.

  9. THIS! My fiancé and I were just talking about the split hurting us because we're casual players. I was plat 4 before the split and these higher tier players are screwing me atm from progressing up in gold. My fiancé also got majorly shanked on the split, putting him in bronze lobbies (where he definitely doesn't belong)

  10. Pros will cry because they wont find games because most ppl cant hold high elo and if you dont get the reward for the highest rank most ppl will stop playing when they reached their dream rank

  11. I would love for apex to take out the split bc I hit plat 4 and could of made it to Diamond 4 or probably high diamond but the split made me go back to sliver 2, so I would love to see the split get removed but I just don’t ever see that happening which makes me sad and to be clear they would still need the map to change at the halfway point of the season

  12. I couldn't agree more.

I don't get to play anywhere near enough as I wish I could.

Family, friends, work etc. Limit the time I can spend playing.

I got to diamond one when I was home alone for a couple of weeks and then the split happened. I felt like I'd done something wrong. Sad times.

I had no chance of progression in any real way once family and work were back on normal schedule.

  13. If this is true I am fkin happy coz now people hardstuck play without motive to gain rp and cost their teammates.
I solo q most of the time and diamond hardstucks are the worst. Coz they don't listen to call outs and just push in
I made to masters last split but hardstuck d4s made my previous split hell

  14. I would mind deranking. Infact if they wanted to play it safe say you get to gold, but you lose your next game which would put you back to silver 1 RP. I wouldn’t mind if they added a buffer where you only derank if say you lose enough RP to go back to silver 2 in that case. There are way to many players that get carried to high ranks and it hurts the experience for people who are grinding at those levels.

  15. Sorry thor but totally disagree with the if your not playing good enough should play in worse lobbies to get better, you will never improve like that, only by playing against better players, and learning from your mistakes against those players will you learn
