I get screen tearing all the time.
Best thing I did was lock the framerate in Apex by control panel for nvidia.
They have an option for Vsync, Set it to fast so it uses the max of your GPU/monitor response and not the game.
Otherwise it's your settings since you have a high hz monitor.
