This is based on the skins that will remain the rarest, as they'll never come back. Perhaps not rarest right now, but they will be, and can never be earned again. All rare exclusives/collection event skins can come back and most likely will
It was fun reading all your comments! Here are some thoughts so you can see my replies:
– Omega Point Pathfinder: Twitch viewership for Apex was at an all time high, so I'd say it's not that rare
– Octane: The Season 2 battle pass skin for Octane is probably the rarest, forgot about that one, sorry my bad!
– hemok: Also, the founder's hemlok pack is probably the rarest too
– all recolors: These are subject to come back any time, so it's safe to say they'll never remain "rare" – the rarest right now will be the most valued, so once they drop again they rarity will drop
– all collection event skins: they can come back, only collection event challenge skins cannot come back
– remember this is RAREST skins so it's about their actual rarity and not how awesome they look

You are wrong about the lstsr the twitch prime skin is the rarest , it was the first twitch prime and a lot of people don’t even know it

I got the devotion skin during 2019 Halloween event and I also got the octane skin. Still regretting that I didn’t try to get the r-301 skin.
