Rich your shot is very good.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Octane's health regen supposed to be 1hp p/s anyway and was merely just incorrect information. Also use Wattson's passive as confirmation, her shield regen is 0.5 p/s and is half of Octane's regen as mentioned by devs, so it originally wasn't intended to be as high as it was.
Zero recoil , perfect aim mans got skill , what fov does he play on ? Been trying to find a fov sweet spot

Like literally.. This guy has zero recoil on his weapons. The Flatline specifically has very janky recoil, as it tends to kick quite hard in random directions. Even Sooxfar has noticeable recoil on the flatline, and you can see his skill in quickly adjusting for it, yet itemp just straight up has zero recoil.
