This is dogshit. Why not just keep 1 slot for banner 4 stars (for Sucrose, Diona, and others they never put into the shop) and second slot for the free starters? Since the starters are hardest to get constellations on (for really no good reason), a faster rotation just for them seems like a good idea.
But then again, I'm thinking like a player and not a greedy gacha company.
