[AR55] MAX LVL Beidou SHOWCASE + TIPS! (Genshin Impact)

Through another round of highly requested characters, here is my Beidou showcase! Rather than trying to hit 6 digit numbers with Tidecaller, I showcase how I use her and how I like to take advantage of her tidecaller to protect me and my team, while still keeping up the damage. Enjoy!

  1. Through many requests, I made a Beidou showcase! I go over how I personally use her as a DPS and support. And please keep in mind that when I do showcases, I showcase full teams rather than playing no-party. This is because you'll never be in that situation unless you're just doing some random no-party tests for fun, which is not how you'd normally play anyway.

  2. I think the reason so many people want characters showcased without support from teammates and food is because, like me, they don't have any irl friends who also play the game. Playing co-op with randos tends to have little to no team coordination, generally the best you will get is having counters for any enemy shields you might be facing and someone being able to heal the team. I get where you're coming from though, I've finally managed to get a pretty good team all ascended and equipped, and my god does it make the fights go smoother. The team is; Qiqi as the lead, I know she has bad normal attack scaling, which is dumb but the survivability she offers is stupid good. I just wish her energy situation made sense, her burst costs 80 energy but her skill can't generate any particles, I just don't understand the purpose of her lack of energy. Barbara and Noelle also suffer from this and Zhongli to a lesser extent, he only has a 40 energy cost, gets particles at random from his pillar and none from forming his shield. Anyway mini-rant over, the sub characters on my team are Beidou, Xingqui, and Fischl.

  3. I wish I could make my Beido an electro damage dps/support, but my luck for 5-star electro goblets is abysmal. I only have 1 from a month of farming artifacts after hitting ar 45, and it's on a noblesse cup and only has flat attack and elemental mastery as its offensive substats.

Not only that, but all my thundering fury set artifacts are garbage. Only one 5-star (atk main-stat) hourglass with crit, crit dmg, energy recharge, and def sub-stats is being used with a 4-star flower for the 2-piece set effect.

My luck with pyro, hydro, and anemo sucks too. But I have a decent number of %physical dmg, %cryo dmg, and %geo dmg goblets. Although, most of them came with poor sub-stats. Also, around 60% of my goblets come with either hp or def as its main-stat. (i cri evrytiem)

  4. I can only assume part of the draw for these kinds of showcases is that people are curious how strong the character is without any outside aid. Most people are aware of the myriad ways to buff someone and I guess see this as just padding the numbers instead of showing what the character "can actually do". As for me I kinda like a mix of both approaches since I like to see both how well a character can perform on their own merit as well as in a team setting.

  5. 1) "you're dmg is only good because sucrose is there"
okay those people I'm not understanding this complaint here…I could see if they meant the swirl effect but even then they will need to be affected by electro first before the debuff secondly electro characters from what I've seen their abilities scale highest then the other elements… pyro, cryo and hydro only hit that hard due to them being combo heavy elements. Electro doesnt really have anything to amplify its dps it's just raw hard hitting numbers (maybe not as pure as geo but yeah). So someone explain am I missing something or?

  6. My big problem is getting crit rate and crit damage helmets, I usually get them only on 4 star items and with horrible substats and the way the damn game does the cups it is impossible to get a set piece with the right element damage percent so it is always the odd piece for a set. Meaning you have to get optimal stats on the set pieces.

  7. I love Beidou. My tidecaller tops out at around 20k with Serpent's Spine because my artifact rng is awful. There's no way I can swap to the Sacrificial Greatsword at present or she would never crit. You may get complaints about artifacts but that rng really does determine what can and cannot be done with a character.

  8. This is by far one of the best Baethough (she's my Bae though) videos out there. Thank you. Quick question though. How come no one ever upgrades the retribution talent? If it's this devastating at level 1, more could only be better right? I'm still very knew to the game so I don't know any better nor do I have the resources to experiment with other talents. Hell I just hit AR 20 today.

  9. Two tidecallers together actually deals more damage than one tide caller even with 5* claymore
And you have immunity for two times rather than one
But gotta get the r5 sacrificial sword….then it gets consistent
