Yea you're correct kai'sa was born in shurima until she was 10 then got sucked into the void and tried to kill a void creature but it instead became a part of her skin thats whay her suit is so she now she fights against the void with the power she gained. Also the bears arent exactly volibear they are his followers called the ursine who volibear gives some of his power to thats why they look like him. Volibear would be as big as the bear you saw in the sky
