The running theory is that, the device that Silco uses for its eye injects shimmer in very small quantities so the rot( by the toxins in the river when Vander tried to kill him)in Silco's eyes is healed gradually. As you can see in the previous episodes same small amount of shimmer is mixed with the medication that was given to Vi by Caitlyn when Vi was wounded severely. Shimmer is addictive in a larger dose but it does have regenerative properties…along with a little kick.
She was definitely disappointed after he gave her different "brown nuts"

About the Man Bat guy: he's from a race called Vastaya. They people with animal-like traits. That's pretty much all you need to know about them for now, lol.

The Bat dude is part of a magical race called the Vastaya. They all are different but most of them have animal/human features.
The most prominent Vastaya are Ahri, Xayah & Rakan, Sett, Rengar, Nami, Wukong, Fizz, & Neeko.
so, the "batman" he is not a character in the game, but he is probably from a race called Vastaya, they are kind of humanoid animal like race who has many playable characters, most notable ones are Ahri (nine tailed fox), Sett (i think he is some kind of feline), Xayah and Rakan (birds).
Ekko has the ability to turn back time in the league of legends game. The battle scenes showed this
I think Ekko was remembering a game he played with Powder When they were kids and the confrontation was a replay of that game but with a different outcome.
I am sure this has been mentioned already but the main reason ekko hesitated is because he had a crush on powder when they were young. he has a voice line in game thats something along the lines of ' I had a crush once, then she started talking to guns'

One of Ekko's ability in the game is to reverse time (his ultimate skill), that's what he did when he fight jinx.

he does have time powers but not yet, for this, you know how in robert downey jr.'s sherlock holmes movies? like he plays everything out in his mind? its like that but showed them as kids~

I just found u, I dont watch reactions to the early episodes(I loved them) but watched them to much already 😀 And i gotta say the edits like the "nuts" one etc. had me almost on the floor great job there who ever is editing it! God damn!
Those Manbats are called Vastayan they came from another nation like Piltover and Zaun. Vastayans are magical creatures that are mixes of animals and human in appearance. There are also called Yordles like Prof.Heimerdinger they came from Bandle city which is like another dimension not visible inthe map of Runeterra. Runeterra is the whole world of league of legends like earth.
The Ekko vs Jinx fight was a cinematic masterpiece. Here's how I interpret it:
First, they face off, then flash back to them play-fighting as children, both to underscore the tragedy of former childhood friends fighting, and to explain how Ekko used his intellect to anticipate her moves.
Then, it "rewinds" back to the starting position to foreshadow his future powers, and the actual fight ends in a matter of seconds because even though they are both very intelligent, he was able to more effectively use his intellect to his advantage in the actual fight.
The way he plays and rewinds memories in his head hints at how dangerous he'll be once he invents the Z-drive.
Can we mention that Ekko is the ideal revolutionary leader? How much better off would Zaun be if he were calling the shots?
The hug between Vi and Ekko brought me close to tears.

Ekko's "power" is not yet in the episode. He basically can predict Jinx's movement because theyve known each other and play the shooting and dodging game when they are little kids.
