that sewer place viktor dumped sky is his special place specifically where he comes when he needs to get away or is down and out, thats why everyone knows to find him there, thats why it at least meant something to him to spread sky's ashes there
Viktor's attempt at destroying the Hexcore backfired with it, being sentient, disabling the biotech part of his body; reverting him back to the sickly, weak and vulnerable person that he originally is.
Its so cool at the end; originally silco couldnt understand why vander gave it all up, the dream, the vision, seemingly for no reason. Now he falls into the exact same situation but for the other sister; both brothers now have something they cant give up. "Is there anything so undoing as a daughter"….
he is still sick cuz the treatment is not complete only his legs are augmented but the rest of his body is the same. also skye died cuz it needed a trade basically he didnt take shimmer and he would of died if skye didnt take his place.

1: Jinx saved VI's life, Silco was about to shoot VI.
2: Of course Jinx hate the upsiders, enforcers killed their parents and do nothing to improve the undercity. That's why she hate so much VI was working with a enforcer. And Marcus put her sister in prison, so yeah, she has a lot of reasons for her hatred.
The Hex Core, that Viktor was using, became sentient. It responded to him more because of the sacrifices he was making to it. He first gave it blood on accident, and so it started to react. It was further stimulated when he had shimmer in his system, curtesy of Singed (the scientist in Zaun, that up to date has the covering over his mouth).
Viktor’s hand was transformed because he carved runes into his body. His leg went under a similar transformation. The hex crystal took the girl because Viktor no longer had shimmer in his body… it’s a process of equivalent exchange. His body is only augmented thus far… but it will continue. However, the core is becoming more void-like (webbed), because it’s sentience is of a darker nature. Heimerdinger had a vision of a magician in the realm of the Void, when he first gazed upon the crystal… that’s why he said it must be destroyed. He remembers a war from the past where mages were more corrupt. Hinting at one of the old wars of LoL lore.
The Hex Core Jinx used is acting in a similar fashion to what Jayce has. His hammer turns a cannon. Her Gatling gun turns into the Shark-faced bazooka.

Viktor was basically making an A.I. using hextech.
Love the scene with Silco sitting under the statue of Vander, which he probably had built himself to honour the memory of this old friend.
It shows how much humanity Silco still has in him, despite his actions thoughout the season.
I don't know if you guys noticed it. but when Silco Pulled the gun and were about to shoot Vi. He did that out of the urge to protect Jinx, cause in his eyes Vi were causing Jinx Distress and mental pain, as Vi were trying to make Jynx remember all that died in the past because of Her actions.. Vander, etc.. And Silco was just trying to stop this in his own way, which would have been shooting Vi, cause she would at that point be silent forever. After all, Silco Saw Jinx as his daughter, and ofc an Father will Protect his Daughter no matter what, and love them. So honestly I can't blame Silco for pulling the gun on Vi and wanting to kill her. As She were in that moment something that hurt his daughter.
Ekko with Heimerdinger's help will probably invent his time manipulation abilities that he has in the game. I thought it was a cook effect to kinda show that in the episode where he fought with jinx on the bridge how it showed them when they were kids and how he used that to time her shots.
In the viktor flashback, skye was the girl who was looking at him, so thats where he threw her ashes.

Silco absolutly was able to change Zaun, but what he and Vander wanted to do back in the day was not to change the underground, not really, but to change the relation between Piltover and them.
Which sounds like a lot deeper than, let's be the richer or the more powerful.

Jinx killed Silco because he shot at Vi, you can see the bullet hole on her chair and the gunsmoke after he drops it.

It seems the hexcore absorbed sky and morphed rather than give viktor more 'hex parts'
