Archon of Eternity (Genshin Impact) [Speculation/Theory]

Zhongli told us a lot about the Identity of the upcoming Electro Archon Baal in Genshin Impact. Could she really resemble Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact or not? There are a lot signs that could suggest that but only time will tell I guess.

  1. Thanks for the all the comments and support, this video is doing way better than expected and it's very much appreciated! I have been working on another theory video but it maybe a little while before I can put all the information and ideas together. I hope you all have a nice Christmas if you celebrate and get in some much deserved relax time before 2021!

  2. Man why are you so slow, the intro is trash. And quit trying to make your voice sound appealing and just talk like normal human being. Makes the video unbearable.

  4. I'm saving all my primogems for mostly Ayaka and anything post Ayaka and honkai related! (Murata, Raiden). Definitely, Signora and Dainsleif are on the list of characters I want!

  5. Nice! Nice! Very nice! (applause)

    I think the best part of these kind of speculations is how they tickle the imagination, in trying to form plausible relations between the many symbols/concepts that seems inexhaustible atm and getting a primitive "ting" of satisfaction when we seem to arrive at a connection). More so than simply knowing the "truth" (which is kinda where the 'fun' ends, either in satisfaction or in disappointment).

    Looking forward to more imagination bait!
    Thank you!

    btw, there may be also involvement of an "army", since the original meaning of shogun is not ruler, but more 'general/commander''. (in history, shogun was, ceremonially at least, appointed by the emperor, though they became the de facto rulers)

    Breaking down into roots:

    Raiden -> Rai (雷, thunder) + Den (電, electro/lightning)
    Shogun -> Shou(将, general/commander) + (軍, army)

    Would be interesting if Inazuma has its own kind of military that could rival the Fatui.

  6. Ahh yes, people who joked about Genshin being a Souls-like is right all along. Correct not in a sense of it having a Dark Souls difficulty, but more to its confusing lore XD Not gonna lie though, I like games on which its lore has to be dug deeper.

  7. Should also probably mention that the first Herrscher, Welt Yang, looks a lot like Zhongli, the first Archon, and he even uses the earth as a weapon in HI3. Welt Yang's eyes also have an Amber glow to them when he uses his Herrscher powers.
