  1. They should make leveling up a slow process. It's an MMO it's all about the adventure getting there not the destination. ESO was superb prior 1 tamriel in terms of leveling, as soon as they made leveling quick and easier it takes away the fun. Looking back at ESO I've had more memories of it through the hard leveled areas on the map than what ive had in the last 4 or 5 years

  2. Why support this content creator (Force) who constantly sells out ? You cannot believe a word these guys who are paid off say. Stick to lazypeon, not this money hungry Force dude.

  3. I fucking hate games where people say "Dude, the game begins when you get to max level/endgame", holy shit, so i'm going to spend these hours, following quests, getting engaged in the story, having fun with leveling, but when i reach the endgame all that i did was pointless because what matters is repeating dungeons 24/7 to get better gear and sit in the fucking main city with my shining new sword?

  4. Too bad a capable, future-proofed laptop or desktop is unobtainable right now. PC is so inflated. I've been a high end PC gamer for 20 years and I'm out. Until the cryptocurrency boom dies down it will only get worse. The more stim checks come out the more the value of real money goes down, and crypto goes up. So the crypto boom won't die for the foreseeable next 4-5 years? Who knows? On console the devs have to come to you. I think Xbox is buying Discord to provide the best crossplay experience possible between PC and console. I just hope they lease it out to Playstation as well.

  5. Can we get a focus on open world bosses? Rarity matters. Also Pvp needs its own endgame Pve area, where you can get some of the best gear or experience for leveling off npcs but you have to be flagged for pvp to be there. This would promote you to team up when entering but then you could run into another group out there also trying to get experience or gear. Maybe if you can take down a whole other group you get a exp bonus.

  6. White/Grey – Green – Blue items should be BoE or BoP. Epic Purple and Legendary Orange (and beyond if any) items, as well as named, should be free but really hard to get. So you wouldn't do a quest or insane mats gathering twice to try and sell it. Maybe some people, with all the requirements and hard work, they'd have to also sell it for a large amount of gold, so people would have to either pay up big time and also there wouldn't be many, if any, in the market.
But let's say the game's been out 2 years now, and max level now is not 60, but 80, and you have now the choice to either sell this sword for lower leveled people or keep it as memory. Of course as you increase levels in the game and add expansions you'd have to fine tune and/or balance all of the rest for this to make sense in the long term. But with this system, if leveling matters and it's done right, I feel no matter how many expansions or levels we could have in the future, at level say 40, you will ALWAYS find use for that free to use Legendary item that is really hard to get.

  7. "…Crafting with in dungeon items…."

…They did that in Perfect World International, and it was bad. REALLY bad.

This crafting system ended up creating a gap between the player base, where players still leveling, and needing to go through lower level dungeons to get more gear ended up getting alienated by players who had been already playing through said dungeons, on repeat to get the items that they needed. Every weapon, armor or trinket needed like 4-10 items to craft which could only be procured in dungeon runs, and you would only get one of these items every 2-3 times you ran a dungeon. In concept, it was good, and makes sense, especially if you can trade or sell these items in the auction, exists a group finder, or a solo mode for these dungeons to acquire loot. Without it, anticipate "Dungeon mats" to sell for ridiculous amounts of money in the AH, and weapons crafted from these items to be even moreso for base line gear.

Of course, that's not something you have to worry about, being Asmondgold, but for players who appreciate a quieter, explorative experience, it's a nightmare.

  8. Btw not sure how old the video he is watching is.. well the content that guy is covering. Cuz they already announced that crafting has gotten so much improvement and new recipes, also will be something to work with in endgame. Getting mats from expeditions/endgame mobs and crafting armor equal that of the endgame drops. Even can add more rare mats to get better gear.. or something around those line. Anyways, the crafting supposedly will be something that you won't just give up once you are at endgame if you enjoy crafting.

  9. Dialogue is good for an MMO comparing WoW to ESO wow felt really dead on story lol. The dialogue on ESO got me very interested in the story lol. Doing the brotherhood dlc gave it such a good vibe. Love dialogue in a game. I hate reading everything especially in the night I'll fall asleep on my chair trying to understand what I'm reading. Then wake up at 4am with neck pain then hopping on my bed 😂

  10. The pvp quest design was so bad.
People avoided pvp because they didnt want to lose the quest.
instead of punishing people that do pvp. they should nerf the pvp quest exp. and each player kill on the mission will increase the exp by 20% stacking up to 100%. deaths = 10% bonus
this would encourage people to fight eachother. they would need a system to stop people from exploiting this tho.

  11. I agree it should be very hard to get to level 60 make it mean something – if you see a person level 60 you bow down and say "Were Not Worthy"! lol I know I will never get to that level and that is cool I think every 10 levels there needs to be an increase in difficulty people might hate it but it will keep them playing and you will find a True Sens of Accomplishment if you ever hit 60

  12. I have to say, most people are complaining about them completely changing the direction of the game, but to me that's a very good sign, because it means they are willing to really change the game for the better thanks to feedback (which sadly almost never happens nowadays, with companies completely ignoring it). Can't speak for everybody, but I'm personally way more excited now than I was back then.

  13. What made WoW good is the fundamental connection it had to Warcraft lore. It’s so cool to use items like Corrupted Ashbringer or Doomhamer knowing it was essential to the story of some characters. If new MMO’s can make a meaningful lore like Warcraft universe, sign me up

  14. The fact they keep pushing the release date is nothing but a good sign. If the publisher or people in charge didn't care they'd say fuckit. Get the money now and just tell them we'll fix shit in a patch. Sound familiar?

  15. Advice to new world devs = this guy is toxic cancer that destroys mmos ,do not have anything to do with him. Asmongold is a selfish child that only wants the best items that his viewers can hand him giving him an advantage of being an elite player over other players which is how wow died. Wow is an mmo for around 300 thousand elite players that abuse everyone for being scrubs =TRASH GAME
