I’ve gotten a new mic, the Blue Yeti X! It’s a slightly more Lo-Fi mic than my two Rodes but I personally really love the sound of this mic and I wanted to add it to my collection 🙂 Today I’ll be doing a little mic test while I walk around my favorite game, Skyrim. Enjoy the lovely music and ambience of the game as I whisper from ear to ear. Also, sorry about that low hum you can hear, it’s NOT the mic, that is my neighbor’s washing machine and will not be present in future videos (I hope) 😛

  8. i love the mic soooo much this vid was awesome. skyrim is also my favorite game ever made and it really comforted me and helped me through a rlly lonely time, so everytime i hear the music and skyrim sounds i feel soo comforted and nostalgic to experiencing this game for the first few times so this vid was awesomeee! thanks jubilee!!!!

  11. I kinda like the other microphones you use. Most of your videos have unofficial mouth sounds which I consider unique for your channel and I think this mic kind of filters it out

  32. Huge low frequency pulsating hum (below 100hz) going around, probably from your computer sitting near it. I would recommend cleaning up the EQ before rendering, your other mic's didn't seem to pick it up though so just for this one. You might not even notice it with airpods, my studio headphones are buzzing around though

  33. Glad the consensus seems to be what I was going for: some people will prefer this mic and some will prefer my other mics, which is great because there's something for everyone! I like to have options so you all get the ASMR you want ❤️❤️❤️ Also, here's a little Jubilee tip! If you ever want to know what mic is being used in a video, open up the description and go AALLL the way down to 'My equipment' where I tell you what I'm using in that specific video 🙂
