I love the progression comparing baer's play to NL. 1 hour -> 30ish minutes, 1.5 hours -> 1 hour, Then mission three, BAM! Nearly matching times.
I love how baer spent most of the video scum saving and reloading everytime he got discovered and went for environmental, accident and stealth kills. Spending tons of time hiding bodies he knocked out yet throws silent assassin away at the very end with that block of semtex.
