This location is under construction and contains lots of bugs (most Duergars have no weapons).
Although not a part of early access you may reach this place through the following footsteps:
1. Let one of your teammates die from falling, s/he will appear in camp.
2. Send one of your other teammates back to camp (fast travel or stay near jumping teammate for auto teleport), talk to the hooded skeleton and prepare to resurrect the dead teammate (Stop right before he revives the fallen, as seen in the video).
3. During the conversation with the hooded skeleton, switch to your other teammates, let them use the boat. Finish the resurrect talk, now three of your teammates should be teleported to Ebonlake to fight the Duergars, while the revived one still at camp.
4. Lose the battle, let all three companions die.
5. The one at camp revives all fallen team members (speak with hooded skeleton again).
6. Teleport back to Underdark, there you will find the Duergars near the boat. Defeat them or sneak past them using invisibility potion/drow helmet’s ability.
7. Use the boat again and you should be teleported to Duergar Camp landing site, skipping early access blocade cinematic.

Currently there is only one quest (walkthrough in this video) plus a few conversations with full working audio.
