Unique dialogue currently in-game related to the unimplemented races of Duergar, Half-Orc and Dragonborn. Also a few Bard/Monk options.
This was achieved via memory editing, attaching tags to my character. None of these options are naturally available as of right now. Please note this did not involve adding any of the races to the game – I’m playing a Gold dwarf, I’ve just overridden her Gold dwarf tag and given her multiple racial/class tags for the purpose of testing what is and is not currently implemented. I made her look like a Duergar because… well, why not?

Pretty cool. That would be a race in which it would make sense to add, along with Half Orc. But, Sea Elves and the like would not make sense at all.
My only hope is that Larian takes their time and Do The World Of D&D Justice. Have A Great Storyline With A Massive World That Is Immersing Without A Lot Of Nonsense and Clutter.

Yes! I was hoping they'd get a Dragonborn in there! Now all I need is the Tabaxi and Lizardfolk and I'll be overjoyed^^.
I'm just hoping the breath attack isn't nerfed to uselessness. Or bite attack, in the Lizard's case.
Would be fun if you could choose your dragon lineage with a corresponding breath attack with different environmental effects depending on your subrace.

What about Half-Drows?
I mean they might get jeers from Drows for being not of pureblood, or someone decided to feel that the half-elf seems "off".
I know Eilistraee maybe a thing, but your average Faerun people might not care or know about "worshippers of Good Drows".
