There isn’t any difference if you talk to the injured Tiefling woman first.
Perhaps we will meet her again in Baldur’s Gate, and maybe she’ll have one horn this time lol.
She could possibly be a companion, which is cool. Btw, I’m placing this character on hold, he is going to be a Paladin next time around.
