Baldur’s Gate 3 expands on Larian’s award-winning narrative gameplay both through the advent of cinematic storytelling, and with dice-rolls for key decisions throughout the game, in and out of combat. Dialogue options often have multiple responses, and some responses may require a dice roll to succeed, defined by both luck as well as the attributes of the player character, or circumstances of the situation.
No one play-through will be like another player’s, with a massively branching narrative and meaningful reactions to player actions, and happenings. It features a fluid, high-stakes turn-based combat system incorporating the rules of 5e D&D.

from someone who plays dnd regularly, FYI the goblin disengaged, meaning it takes one of its actions to get away from people in melee with it, so oppurtunity actions (your reaction) won't work since it used its action to 'disengage' from the person in combat with it.

@FightinCowboy disengage is a feature the goblin race has that lets them leave from someones range without inciting an attack of opportunity. Also rogues get it at some point too

Disengage is a bonus action I believe that rogues can do
So in the owl bear fight if Asterion disengages he would have not gotten an opportunity attack

That face at 4:05 is PRECISELY why the thought "Hey let's check out the owlbear!" is a terrible idea.
If I remember correctly, 3 D10 is just you rolling a D10, then adding 3 to the result.

Okay, I don't know if anyone has pointed this out, but your attacks of opportunity weren't working because the Goblins were disengaging. It's an action ability that some characters/creatures have that allow them to move without provoking attacks of opportunity.
Also, general recommendation (was really difficult in this fight, so don't take this personal) you want to keep your cleric up and in the fight. She is a support class with a specialty for healing and buffing. She also uses a shield and medium armor as a means of keeping her safe so that she can withstand blows.
My final piece of advice (if you so desire to understand D&D 5e combat better) look up and read 'Live to tell the tale' by Keith Ammann. It's not super long, but it's packed full of helpful information, particularly a breakdown on ability scores and character roles. He even covers information such as the disengage mechanic I spoke about earlier.
