  2. Game developer: so what would be a good starting point for level 1 characters?
Larian studios: ok so the player character gets kidnapped by mindflayer
    Game developer:ok
Larian studios:And is chased by red dragons
    Game developer: o ok
Larian studios: and is then teleported to hell at the start of the blood war
Game developer: and this is for level 1?
    Larian studios: yes

  3. Seeing that Mind Flayer vessel makes me think somebody at Larian Studios is going to create a "Starjammer" title in the future! 83 For this day and age, we could use a fresh Starjammer game!

  4. Mindflayer prisoners, inserted with a tadpole, chased by the Gith-Red Dragon Pact, and ending up in hell with the Blood War raging.

This DM hates his players with a passion and wants them dead before they get to introduce themselves.

  5. Not 100% sure about the metabolically incompetent illithid, but perhaps because the tadpoles – or "little C'thulhu bugs" – are mind flayer young… Well, they breed by a type of… Dunno the engles's word would be but infestation is good, they plant them thar bugs in a section of your body, gestation yadda yadda, then yon tadpole becomes the proud owner of a brand new meaty suit. In short when two flayer-type chaps love each other very, very much, they're sol unless they, dunno, abduct and adopt. Illithid aren't quite ageless, from my admittedly imperfect recollection. So if one dies… Yeah. Snatch and, um, breed. To answer the question about dead tentacle faces, since I'm a lazy illegitimate born and I want to listen to music. Also #3 will likely be the… Third next game I buy. I don't buy many. Mostly mooch. Looks fantabulous. Good day, then.
