  1. Ryzen 5950X , 128GB Ram, ASUS TUF RTX 3090, Man I think you can put literally anything on your rig and still get a beast amount of FPS ahah. Though as a matter of fact the game needs a better optimization. I sometimes have fps drops with a RTX 2080 s and a Ryzen 3950X.

  2. Thank you. Excellent video.
However, I’m convinced this game is just not optimized (still). I did exact settings as you on 1440p, and have 100-120 fps on customs … until I go into inventory or start looting then it starts dropping to 30-50s.

  3. I don't even need to go to Nvidia settings to change for Tarkov. All I did was just install into SSD, have 16GB of ram (It takes 10-12gb of ram during raids.) and set to performance in Nvidia. I manage to get 80fps with this.

  4. One key thing to note and maybe you could show it next time is that magnified optics are generally closer to your face at higher FoVs. I run at 70 now due to this. For example, when aiming (especially while moving) at lower FoVs the Valday 1-6x has a black ring and becomes distorted. At higher FoVs the scope is closer to the screen and that black ring is completely removed while aiming, moving, etc.
This is one GAMEPLAY reason to try and get used to running between 65-75FoV
