From what i heard lithic spear is obtainable in game at 1.3 based on it's description
I just hope that's the case

I disagree half of this tier list
I just got primodial jade in the permanent banner,like wow, all i need now is xiao
I get deathmatch more consistent damage
for selfish DPS characters like razor and now xiao, the blackcliff weapons even at JUST ONE refinement are good if you have no other weapons. Still cannot change my mind on royal weapons, they just seem soo niche and trash
Death match is better then blackcliff I've seen multiple people due the math
Guess I have to wait a month for xiao weapon to get that black Clif ,coz I couldn't bought it, also I only have two spear and that to is four star one is the favonius and one is dragon spine,which is totally useless for xiao.
SkyWard is definitely S tier above all 4stars
1. Energy Recharge is extremely important for him
2. It gives some crit rate
3. Attack Speed helps in cancel of animation cancle of plunge attacks = more dps
4. As you're doing Normal attack for cancellation of animation all its passive work including the damage one
5. Highest base attack in the game which makes a huge difference
Man you are looking down on that CRIT DMG substat from the staff of homa. It's perfect for Xiao
