Like i said once before, no amount of begging crying or pleading from Playstation Fanboys (Trust and believe that they are going to try! π€£) is going to put any future single player Doom, Elder Scrolls, Fallout or Wolfenstein on a PlayStation Console. Microsoft has been watching Sony's every move. Everytime that Sony has been slithering away to lock down a 3rd Party exclusive deal, or everytime that they break their necks trying to keep content or titles away from Xbox Gamers…..Microsoft has been marking it down.
Satya Nadella now get a percentage from the success of Xbox Game Pass/Project Xbox Cloud (Meaning if it does well, he gets a bonus), plus the Xbox Brand is making a steady stream of profit. The PS5 will get destroyed this generation with First Party Titles. (Does Sony even have anything bigger than Elder Scrolls, Doom or Fable coming down the pipeline?) #GameOver

As an Xbox fan I wish they did have an exclusive soulsbourne game. That is my favorite type of game but PlayStation has 3 more than Xbox in nioh 1 and 2 and bloodbourne. I wish Xbox stopped pushing games with a multiplayer focus and got some more single player exclusives comming. I think they are comming though

Good show! I want Xbox to back themselves and make all first party games 'exclusive'. If they truly believe the Xbox platform is the best place to play, they wilp release any 1st party game/ip into their ecosystem only. The Xbox ecosystem is huge and growing giving everybody access. Console, Windows, Android, iOS & TVs.
If Xbox does put out some Bethesda games multiplat. If you're on Playstation, its $70 a game. And for those on Xbox Gamepass, its $15.

I would love Microsoft to buy Sega
I can see xbox and fromsoft teaming up. From teased the VR game(derasine), sekiro, elden ring and possibly mech assault. So if fromsoft is making a game for xbox, it would be mech assault. Xbox has been showing fromsofts games since DS3.
Bloodborne wont happen with fromsoft, just like there wasn't a sequel to demons souls. Sorry to bust the bubble but sony isn't one to invest much on sequels, unless they can buy the studio.
Granted Sony Japan, could work on BB2.

MS till the day of today is hammerd for not having big exclusive, so for Mr3Bit to say EA so the big attraction of Game Pass. Also Pete Heines already said that in all matter of exclusivity Phil Spencer has the last word. The reason they honord the deals is only cause it would be a pr nightmare if MS broke deals. Spencer also already said the Zenimax studio's are going to be vital for Xbox/Game Pass future.

re the convo at 2:22 , Tim Gettys/Greg Miller don't greatly downplay Game Pass, they both say its an amazing value. Tim was saying it's not necessarily the best deal in gaming (which I disagree with) but he was saying "would you rather have game pass or be okay with paying a premium for the Sony type games" essentially. That didnt make sense to me because that wasn't comparing 2 services but he still thinks Game Pass is a great deal
Sorry Boom , I agree with you and disagree with Zemi . All and I mean ALL Bethesda titles have to be EXCLUSIVE. I believe Microsoft are not even bringing other platforms to the conversation. Plus Microsoft know the die hard Xbox players don't even want timed exclusives to Sony . Xbox now have games and need to keep the whole thing to themselves . Period!
Zemi, the money Microsoft would make on the ps5 is pennies compared to game pass. Also Microsoft didn't buy zenimax to put on ps5 so Sony gets 1/3rd of the profit. The games will never be on Playstation, accept it.

I understand people not being impressed with the BackCompat upgrades Xbox is offering because Sony/ Nintendo has trained them to buy the same game 2-3 times, once they slap a 'Game of the Year' Sticker or 'Remastered' on the box…

Boom, I have the Rig800s. They are garbage. Low volume and sound muffled. I have the Astro A50's also and at half volume, they are much louder than the Rig800s.

Boom I'm with you and Archimedes, from a business perspective it would be insane to spend all that cash and then just make everything multiplatform. The deal was done to add value to the Xbox ecosystem, and grow Game Pass and the Xbox brand and player base. Both of those goals are best achieved by making the games produced by Bethesda exclusive. I work for an International company, we've spent billions of dollars on our network infrastructure, Data Centers etc… That investment was done to put us ahead of our competition, not help them. Also, you're 100% correct, the double standard on this topic is ridiculous. Last I checked Microsoft/Xbox wasn't a charity. π€π€·ββοΈ

Though I can definitely see prior agreements on the Indiana Jones title making it multi. As well as Fallout 76 and Elderscrolls online staying everywhere. Being like minecraft and having exsisting users.
