What if it's not concept art but something in-game. Seems more likely that it's something our player character sketched in-universe. Maybe we're some kind of tinkerer or explorer sketching what we've seen like a botanist drawing new plants.

It's actually just an image of a wristwatch. It even has a crown on the right side (the protruding mechanism that winds the watch and turns the hands).

Merch, Bethesda wants to sell everyone merch for Starfield and these are sketches for the the in game cash shop for high quality content, not paid mods.

I miss Adam Adamowicz, the concept artist for Skyrim and Fallout 3. He was the “feel” behind Bethesda games. Star field will be even further from old Bethesda feel, I suspect, and the beginning (or end) of an age
