  1. Todd Howard is a lawyer's wet dream. Everything he touches ends with massive lawsuits and angry customers. I guess Todd Howard's a Winner he must have Tiger Blood.

  2. WAIT… So Bethesda cant have a season pass for DLC that doesn't count the CC.. but EA and Activision can have season passes that dont give the Battle Pass or other MTX which are DLC by design.?

  3. ''It just works!'' – No, it doesn't . Without the modding community, bethesda would be a below average developer, at best. And one of the greediest ones as well.

  4. Crazy. Do you download the content from the Creation Club to use in game? You DO, you say!? Wouldn't that be downloadable conte- No? This is new and unique information to me, thank you Pete Hines!

  6. I have a question. Bethesda ripped us off with FO4, why in the world did folks continue to buy their products? You give them permission to treat you this way by continuing to support them. FO New Vegas is my all time favorite game. I didn't even finish FO4 and I haven't bought anything from Bethesda since.

  7. Here’s the thing doesn’t matter what you call it, mods or dlc because it all falls under downloadable content. It’s as simple as that and with Bethesda trying to defend themself with that Cc stuff are not DLC is the same logic as EA calling loot boxes “surprise mechanics”…

  8. They got caught skimming half the "dlc" for fallout 3 and trying to sell it as dlc EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THE FUCKING GAME DISK. They got sued over it and ended up settling and just giving the dlcs on the disk to people for free. I literally never trusted them from that point onwards it proved they were ran by scumy managment practices.

  9. Fallout 76 is proof that fallout games are single player period. They failed hard on 76. Or should I say, fortnite fallout edition. But I wish we could have visited more locations like far harbor in fallout 4. Bethesda got lazy with content, and just gave us the garbage ass creation club. Then charge us 10 dollars for a weapon skin. Bethesda is gonna have to beg us for there trust back.

  10. Good. I played almost every one of the fallout series games and Fallout 76 was the biggest fraud and cash grab ever. I was happy with Bethesda up till then. They became corrupt under Todd though.

  11. I have been addicted to that game for a little while. It may not be the latest and greatest game there is but it is a pretty good one. I like being able to browse the open world freely, choose the quests I want to complete and all that stuff. How many other games let you choose which faction you want to join? Fallout 4 has 3 or 4 main factions. The first time I was in The Institute was very nice and all.

  12. Wait I minute wasn't that a done deal? Reguardless to big for MSoft to pass up. They need a first party publisher to compete with Sony. So this is just a small setback here.

  13. I'm kinda pissed at bethesda. I loved skyrim, I still play the game. They need to get their heads out of their asses and stop trying to make everything a microtransaction. They are trying to put the fortnite cosmetic sales into a single player adventure game. It's never going to work.

  14. I watched a 8 min video that had like 6 adds. Thank you for not being an asshole if you have anything to do with it. Ps the channel that had 6 adds on it definitely seemed like the type to add all those adds.

  15. Sorry to burst everyone’s bubble, but I don’t see this going in favor of the “rabble rousers” (as Todd no doubt views them as) simply because of how corrupt the courts have become as of late, not to mention that Microsoft isn’t going to take any threats to their acquisition of Zenimax lying down, just sayin’.

Sorry in advance if I ruffled folks’ feathers, but I’ll be quite shocked if Bethesda winds up losing this particular legal battle.

  16. They messed up so many ways with Fallout 76, loosing single player fans, like myself, and nuking their foot off cutting out 2nd party mod creators, no faith in this band anymore, looking forward to Skyblivion.

  17. Best case scenario and this is with a lot of wishful thinking bethesda I just updates the season pass to around 300+ dollars and then makes it include everything from the creation club

  18. I don't see Microsoft being any better or more transparent. Just look at the flight simulator they just released that took up 9Gb on the main drive and 100+ on whatever drive you were trying to install to. They're not up front about a lot of things even non-game related.

  19. Bethesda deserves what they get they have been doing shady crap for a very long time. Just read some history about company and remember not to buy their games anymore.

  20. I hope they get taken to the cleaners and Microsoft just wants the IP Bethesda Game Studios hasn't made a good game in years and this next one won't be any different

  21. I bought the game with the season pass at release… and frankly the DLC isn't really worth the 30 dollars in my opinion. Especially with the retcons that occur in the DLC. Price hiking the season pass goes against the spirit of the original promise of the pass too.

  22. Quit being whiners and come play 76 now. It’s fixed enough and feels more like an online Bethesda game than ESO. I have a melee character that’s high on chems, and thinks she’s the night mother of the dark brotherhood. I have a shrine to sithis and “trap camp”. If you survive the camp, you can join the dark brotherhood, and I send you on quests. She’s built like a Skyrim character. There’s also 8 storylines and npcs now. The community there is solid and willing to help newbs.

  23. I always hate it when a developer says something is a developer created mod.
A mod is a player created content.
A DLC is developer created content that you pay for, if its free its just a update.
So by definition a developer created mod is DLC. It can't be anything else.

  24. What is WRONG with the corporations in this country???? It 1000% bothers the hell out of me that companies could not exist if it weren't for the people who patronize them, but they all seem unwilling to do what's right about their patrons!!! It's not hard, guys! So you accidentally made REALLY expensive DLC. Who cares. You gave your word to give that to a select group of people. Give it to them. Suck up the losses. It ain't like you're going to go broke. Duh-f**king-sh*t. Eat it. Don't do it again. I mean, fans and gamers around the world would be upset if you never offered something as "awesome" as this again, but you won't be sued if you just do what's right by the people! Ugh. I'm getting so tired of corporations. They give me agita.
