No proc no problem good old pvp
I hate how they label the masters staves and such as proc sets, or lich. When you “proc” those buffs they only pad your stats. They don’t give you external damage. When you proc the 600 spell dmg on masters staff, if you don’t attack you will NOT deal damage. In my opinion that is not a proc.

Lol boring ? No freakin way. This is how the game should be. No sets should do damage. Sets must be about stats, period. It lacks diversity ? Yes, on skills. It's Zenimax's fault, being lazy, doing proc sets instead of new skillines. At least for 6 monthes, going in PvP will mean fights based on skill. You want to use proc sets ? You still can by going to fight in the imperial City.
The problem is, what if people don’t have these sets and play casually? Someone who rarely farms resources to upgrade gear, now their only gold set all locked away?
God damnit zos should just make a campaign with proc sets disabled. Theres so many things I wanna try but can't.
Got the sets from the list I wanted and canceled my sub. No need for DCLs or crafter bag so I can save some money at least. Maybe I'll renew in Q3.
