  1. Thanks for taking time to check the video out, what do you think about this PS5 upgrade and what do you think about Sony releasing a game on Xbox for the first time ever? 2. Gonna be interesting seeing how well The Show '21 sells on Xbox. What if it performs better than Sony's expectations? Would that prompt them to try porting something else to the system?

Doubtful as this is the result of MLB bringing the hammer down. Stranger things have come to pass 'tho, so you never know.

  3. Is @MBG aware of the egregious game price rises in the UK? You guys have experienced a $10 increase, we've had to suffer a £20 – £25 increase, it's disgusting. Basically, I've made the decision to never buy a PS5 game upon release.

  4. Judgment has been in my backlog since July 2019, and I last week I finally decided that would be the next game I play. Fast forward to yesterday [Monday] and it’s gettin’ a PS5 launch…and there won’t be a free upgrade for people with the game on PS4. That’s fuckin’ sucks.

  5. PlayStation sucking up to the big boys…lol. Sony is learning to play(station) nice with their games if they want the games xbox is putting out…i hope this works out…sorry bout the suck up comment…but its about time this happened games for everyone no matter where you play…l really hope both companies learn…again sorry bout the suck comment but PlayStation fans have been a butt about this for years.

  6. Wait, PlayStation fanboys are now excited to play old games on a next gen console? LOL!

It's awesome to see more games get patched to 60fps. God of War is a stunning game and I can't wait to see Ragnarok gameplay!

  7. This makes logical sense for Sony to release some games on the X-Box. If I was a Sony exec and wanted to do something radical when the next horizon game launches on PS5, I would release a remastered version for the X-Box series x of the first horizon game. Kerching, non-PS owning X-Box gamers would lap it up, as would the cash register in Sony. The second game I would release a few years in, when the game is cheaper on PS5, and again you need fresh sales.

I can see a few games going through this process. Even God of War could do something similar – latest iteration on the Sony platform, last version to other platforms.

If they want to be radical develop on to Switch too.

Baseball – makes sense to be cross platform as it will maximise sales of game that is seasonal.

  8. There were no baseball games in recent years for a reason. it’s not a huge market like other sports, even if it’s a popular sport in real life. I disagree with the idea that Sony didn’t want to lose the contract, the market is not worth the fuss of developing for other platforms and all that hassle.

This is simply the move that many speculated as Playstation exclusives going to other platforms with the incorporation of the new Playstation Studios. it gives them exposure and competitiveness on rival platforms. it’s going to happen to many exclusives next, but i doubt it will be any of the big popular ones, since Sony’s exclusives are such a big leverage to the company, and they drive sales to the physical console itself.

  9. Glad to see sony put some love into older titles, like Microsoft did 👍. Is gt gonna be dumb down to 50 cars? Kinda like before? And pretty sweet seeing MLB coming to the other side .. wonder if the Sony developer will dumb down the series x version😭 guess we'll see lol

  10. Its disturbing to see now that the Major League Baseball forced Sony Interactive Entertainment to release their 15 year old long running PlayStation exclusive series MLB The Show elsewhere how many people are hoping SIE die out or all their other exclusives suffer the same fate

  11. PS5 is really stepping it up. PS Plus added Concrete Genie, Control Ultimate Edition, Destruction Allstars, and PS Now added Detroit Become Human, WWE Battlegrounds, Call Of Duty Black Ops 3, Darksiders Genesis, Hotline Miami..
