I’ve noticed my account showed certain realms in green I never played on and when I went to click n see what was on them cause it would show 1 or 2 characters, it took me to character selection and there was nothing on the realm. I’ve lost achievements and also been on the PTR and seen on character copy names of characters that didn’t even exist on my account. I wasn’t hacked either

Some time ago I got most of my characters in Diablo 2 wiped completely .. No idea what happened. I've been logging on them frequently to keep them active.. there were characters from 2001 or something .)
