I wouldn't trust any other studio to make a good superhero game outside of maybe insomniac and rocksteady studios but even then maybe not. Because the most trusted devs for me were CD Projekt Red and boy was their newest game an utter mess and that's putting it lightly it's only redeeming quality was the plot. But to hear this is by square enix who made avengers that just takes the cake. To be fair now there was a semblance of a good game in the avengers but the corporate team ruined it and I did expect a bad game as it was games of a service and hoped to be wrong. To most developers games of a service means release a broken game and have the fans wait for it to be fixed rather than what it should be thankfully there are exceptions. So unless someone is going to stand up to corporate then we can expect another terrible game. At least we have DC games and the Playstation guys will have spiderman 2. Pity Marvel can't ask this to made by another studio. This could have had potential to be really good if it wasn't being made by Square Enix
What would be cool is a fallout like game only set in a Marvel background more like Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas with updated graphics and everything. I could get behind something like that. Obviously not story-wise but everything else could work

The biggest let down of the avengers game for me was no free roam I wanted to fly around the city as iron man
