  1. I have been subscribed for some time now from pretty early on: although I cannot sayiagreewith every theory, I agree with most; theories are well thought out and concise. Theory crafting at its best

  2. Do you really think, it had to be a soul that send the arbiter "to sleep modus" ?
What if that energy that struck the arbiter wasnt a soul, but just energy blast from someone directed at the arbiter …?

Xavious n Argus may have all both red energy…

but Xavius doesnt have the lightning effect in his red energy…; Xavious red energy has a black – red thingy energy

As where Argus is summoned when he turns red, you clearly can see the red lightning energy effect from within.

and whereas you can see the arbiter been shocked with.

Only the thing that stands out is the screaming voice within the "soul or energy blast"

  3. The last soul that I know of that we see who properly went into the shdowlands is ursoc, if there is a more recent death I dont know of it. So it must be after the death of ursoc and before whenever the statement about the machine of death being broken was made. Within that time window and major deaths could have caused this to take place, I definitely think it happened in legion at some point and that helya, xavius, or guldan. Also sylvanas and helya also could fit the 3rd death that illgynoth whispered off that would usher in the end.

  4. Maybe the titan of death dying at the end of legion is what broke everything? It was the victory gone unseen, it wasn’t bringing void into the pantheon it was sending the titan of death somewhere he probably should have never been

  5. I guess by ur logic as well all the other titans are just titans of order? Aonar being the titan of life?? Pssssshhhh no cause she was also born of a titan soul like Argus. If we are gonna say Argus has nothing to do with death because his planet seed was in the great beyond then the same has to be said for Aonar and all the other titans.

You can’t say that Argus isn’t associated with something but that his fellow titans are if they are cut from the same cloth. Ur starting to really lose it on this theory dude

  6. Last point I’ll make = humans and other morals were not made in the shadowlands, therefore by your logic we should NEVER end up there.

Mortals only go to the shadowlands after a ‘true death’ so why can’t this also be true for the cosmic forces?

We also know that Demi gods and loa are not made in the shadowlands yet they both spend LOTS of time there as part of their rebirth. So with all that being said…why can’t a titan that has expirenced final death in their realm of order(pantheon) not be sent to the shadowlands?

Clearly the shadowlands knows about titan souls? “DEATH IS COMING FOR THE SOUL OF YOUR WORLD”
I can imagine having a soul similar to your makers come before you to be judge would fry your circuitry

  7. I have a fun theory that the soul that broke the arbiter was actually Azeroth's world soul. Sargeras sword was a runeblade, and we just didn't know it, and Magni was never speaking to Azeroth at all, like Ilgynoth suggested.

  8. Could it be that the red corruption came from the Sword of Sargeras? When we purged the corruption from the blade, could it be that it managed to reach the Shadowlands through the connection of Azeroth and Shadowlands. Do not forget that DK relic was made from shards of Frostmourne. It can be an option for gateway as well…

  9. Slightly off topic, people refer to the eternal ones as the death pantheon. The shadowlands are connected to reality, and the emerald dream, so what if the pantheon and eternal ones are all one large pantheon, one looking after life and the other death. That allows the winter queen and Eonar to be sisters without having to invent a link. Also, when I saw the red flash, Xavius was my first thought.

  10. Hi Acco, ive been watching your videos since shadowlands expac was announced, and i think this is one of your best speculation videos yet. The way you play devils advocate to these speculation theories and pick your own brains in the video is really fun to watch. Makes my brain churn too. Really excited for the lore and whats to come in shadowlands !

  11. Hmm I'd say Xavius due to the effects of corruption still existing and working in the Shadowlands. Being that Xavius was pure and utter corruption, his soul could of been enough to shutdown the Arbiter….also being that the corrupted souls (ie Ysera, Ursoc, Cenarius) passed through her for processing could of weakened her without her knowing or thinking much of it.

  12. My theory: What hit the Arbiter was The Nightmare, extracted from Xavius by Denathrius, who was informed of The Nightmare by Helya and Xavius was brought to him by Devos. Denathrius then cast that on to the Arbiter.

The energy was the red of The Nightmare. The Nightmare puts the mind of its afflicted asleep, and it generated chaos in Oribos, as does The Nightmare.

  13. it was ysera, has to be. We already know she was one of the last souls to enter the shadowlands and we already know she was corrupted when she came in. What color was that corruption if you remember? The same as the orb that shut down the arbiter

  14. I'm voting Helya. I think Xavius is too insignificant to be able to have that effect on The Arbiter. Just an opinion. But moreover, the screaming voice that accompanies the crimson colored soul in the cinematic is decidedly female. Sounds very much like Helya to me.

  15. They say the Arbiter stirred when we arrived , children of Azeroth. So why does the Arabier have a connection to Azeroth she is also blue and gold like Azerite. The jailer says he has what he needs (children of Azeroth) and he comes for soul of Azeroth. There’s a connection in there somewhere.

  16. You have to think why would blizzard want to introduce Xavius to the game again? He had his story told in legion, why is he interesting or important enough for them to bring his story back? Argus is much more likely as they focus on the Titans in these ways and the Titan connection to Shadowlands and for future story telling I think Argus is much more relevant for the future story of Titans and Azeroth etc.

  17. Also about looking over every mortal soul… What about the Wild Gods from Azeroth dont they go to the shadowlands when they die to be reborn in Ardenweald? As far as i know there not mortal unless I am missing something? 6:01
Also why are people saying that it happens during Shadowlands she's literally "offline" when we arive there right?

  18. I truly believe Argus is the reason for the Arbiter to be in the sleep state she is in right now. Reasons? Well if Argus is the titan of death from the order pantheon. That means that if he is killed the "perfect order" in the realm of death breaks. Also. Why would the dreadlords go into all the trouble of making Sargeras go mad and start the burning crusade destroying the universe (which sends those souls into the shadowlands) and imprison Argus whom has the power to give demons immortality? They needed Argus to be imprisoned by Sargeras so the Burning Legion could destroy the universe. Feed those souls to the afterlife while Denathrius gave it away to the Jailer. Once Argus was drained or killed in the many possibilities that they see in the timelines. Zorval would be stronger, out of his chains and the Arbiter would be out of business so he could escape the Maw. Tag Accolon guys. He needs to read this.
