That's rough. I hadn't played Tarkov in a year or so, decided to try it again today. Was surprised about a 30k queue on the east coast. I am sure they are working on it 24-7. I'm the worst Tarkov player in the world so it's probably for the best right now 😀
there's a simple solution………DON'T DO DROPs and all the idiots can go back to Fortnite
why the hell would anybody be surprised at russian guy looking fucked up at Jan 2? The reasoning behind this whole video is "Nikita looks bad, he must be working his ass off". My dude, have you ever seen what a generic new year party looks like in Russia? The only reason Nikita might look frustrated is because he actually had to sober up a bit before streaming this.
Look, I get it. 12.12 is great, I like it a lot too. But please, let's not put Nikita on a pedestal like he's some kind of saint. Issues BSG are facing now are the same issues any other even remotely similar project would face during sudden player count explosion. Except it wasn't sudden. One does not need to be a genius to expect that sales + drops + best patch in past 3 years would result in a lot of new players as well as returning players. And yet, BSG have failed miserably at predicting that. Again.
As you said, EFT is a niche title. It doesn't attract nearly as much attention as any high profile project has to deal with on a daily basis. Yet their servers are chocking worse than New World servers day 1. Not even greed can explain this kind of fuckery, just sheer incompetence and severe mismanagement.
i dont mind the fack they are getting. "if you dont prune your garden the weeds will grow" They had years of people cheating and they waited until its a business within their game, now you can google eft cheats, or google sights to buy rubles on. were talkined sights with more reviews then IRL businesses.
Now the cheaters are mad, they are DDOS';ing the servers.
Cod is at an all time low in player base, because they let cheating become a business. tarkov has to fight back or their game will get swallowed by them.
I hate ranting without a fix. They should get with the prime loot trend most games have. Give out monthly loot to people who are prime members. (get paid by amazon) and also it will take away the need for weekend players to cheat.
when i worked 5 days a week and had weekends off, i for sure bought rubles. Their insurance system dose not allow me players to take 5 days off.
I don't know of any other company that actually gives live updates. BSG is literally the best company. Stuff happens but nothing is ever perfect.

I'm fine with there work on the servers. good work and and the game is more fun than ever. my only problem is who thought that 22 Hour drops was acceptable? that have a bone to pick with.

I dont realy play Tarkow nowaday but when i played i upgrade my purchase every month. They just deserve the money! They try their best i hope they will fix the problems overtime 🤗
I don't really care what Nikita looks like. We're not family or friends. They are selling the game and making money (it's called business), and the service is not working. And this is taking way too long. I don't care about excuses just like a customer does not care about excuses in any other situtation. Need solution, and it should be coming fast.
Probably some angry 14yr olds doxing them because of the server crashes or problems loading, the game is still playable even with these problems
I'd be happy if the next 2 patches were just security changes
The queues might very well turn away new players. Nobody new is going to want to wait an hour to get into the game only to die, or finish a raid and not be able to LEAVE that raid.
people getting after battlestate for this nonsense are the same people who get mad over not getting two meals at mcdonalds

About the drop quality yeah I stopped grabbing them after like 2 days cause I wasn't gonna line up and have my CPU suffer in the background for basically scav loot. They had such great drops but I'd rather not spend 18 hours for some water filters that I could find in a box
Dude hackers now can ddos the specific server. I once spawned as a scav with mark room. I hid to the place that could not be looked on and not even worth looked on still found me. Dude was just lvl 18 with full kitted item bringing a backpack house .
