Believe it or not, the latest rework and change to Fodder to the Flame is indeed a buff for both Vengeance and Havoc Demon Hunters. While on paper it looked bad, it is playing a lot better than before.
In this video I test the Necrolord covenant ability, Fodder to the Flame, in Torghast and I outline exactly how it is working and how you can best interact with the pool of blood as well as the Demon Soul for both specs.
