you are the only content creator i watch that dislikes the new lethal tempo; interesting. i, personally, hate the current lethal tempo. i strongly dislike how you have to wait to gain the attack speed after triggering it, and it can also trigger when you don't want it to because you're just poking (think Xayah Q or Tahm Q). the season 12 iteration is much more under your control because it's basically conqueror for attack speed.
Does this mean that turbo chemtank could be a viable second item on hob titanic rammus?
abyssal mask is gonna be good on him, it lowers enemy MR by a certain amount so it'll increase rammus' damage (from sunfire, thornmail and his passive) idk how much damage it'll be compared to old abyssal but I think it'll be close to 10% increase if not more.

I think the new lethal tempo needs to go from max stacks of 6 to 5, but keep the same max stack bonus. This way it is a bit more worth it for champs like Shyvana (the increased auto range is REALLY good for her)
