I was watching this while sailing and when you were destroying the roof I was having a heart attack thinking my boat was dying lol
I bought this game because my pc is getting here soon, can’t wait to play! I have a poop pc rn which can run this game from 10 to 20 frames with all graphical setting at the lowest and or turned off. At least I can do something while I wait lol.

I would put iron poles inside tower as weather affects iron to rust 50% durability, also need ironpoles go vericle around tower.

You need to get a mod that makes the number of mobs during raids higher. Or figure out how to mod it yourself since I hear it gives you anxiety.

Stone AND Iron wood poles both act as "ground" for regular wood pieces (and log pieces) which are attached to them.

Only took me 3 nights to get a 2 star wolf, not 6.. Did it mostly AFK once the wolf was in the pen lol

One thing about the wolf's is you have to listen to them howling all day long. Brought 2 back to my outpost and in no time I had 9 of them howling till they drove me crazy so I killed them all.

Put the beams on the inside of the corners, they will support the blocks next to them as well, not just the pillar blocks
Iron poles are great. I just finished a tower build with iron poles. There's a platform 20 poles off the ground and a roof overhead. And it's on top of the tallest mountain i could find.

YOU can place the wooden beams on the Wood Iron poles to hide them if you want the beam look instead of the iron pole look. I do it because the weather will rust the poles. (they can only get lowered to 50% from the weather but still) OR you can simply place the beams on the inside instead of the outside of the tower.
you should totally use the hanging brazier in the tower
I would place the Iron beams on the inside of the tower instead of the outside. The weather will lower their durability, YOU can place the wood beams directly on the the iron poles to hide them as well. Not sure if this will protect them from the weather tho.

Tower looks great, BUT you need to find a better way to run the stairs. The 1 block head height jerks the camera savagely when you run underneath. Maybe try a fire escape design. All stairs above one another, with a small walkway to wrap around to the next.
Imagine iron gates at the top floor, open them and fire away! expensive but cool as fu**!
Use the wishbone around the swamp to find buried iron!
you can do it with iron pole. You can build very high tower. or with a pin tree in the center
you should go to the Ashlands, they are far to the south
there isn't much there but it's kinda cool and you can farm surtling cores for DAYZ

New episode time! Yayuh!!! Love this game so far. Gonna grab it next wk now after seeing all the content it has. Have a pc otw. Upgrading from the ps4. Not a beast, but it'll run this beautifully at 1080p. 1660 super, i5-10400F combo w/16gb ram to start. Market to build one is horrible atm. Can't wait!
When your building take off your armor and everything else you don't need. It helps with agility, movement speed and you can cary more.
Also, anytime you put would on top of stone it's good. So you can do stone pillars as far as they can go then build wood even higher. Or do what you already did with the iron poles however. If you put the iron poles on top of the stone you could go that much higher.

From what I've seen the wood iron beams can also provide horizontal support… does that mean you could create your top-floor railings (the part you are constructing at 19:14) out of wood-iron beams that are connected to the vertical wood iron beams at their ends, and then "hang" support down to the stone below, and to the roof above, using the core wood poles? Because they'd be connected to horizontal wood-iron beams, which are in turn connected to the primary vertical support wood-iron beams

Raise the ground in the middle of tower. Like center support pilar. You can surround it with wood walls. And still you can make stairs around it.
for wolves, don't need to be active. if you place enough meat, they will tame on their own, check-in every 30mins. my session. i place them in. threw like 50 meat. when to go cook. come back. was at 30ish % afk again to watch a movie. check-in. 80%. so don't need to be 100% active.
