You have to craft a bath tub. And certain plants only grow during certain seasons, like berries, if you get them, and they are not in season they are poisonous. Hopes this helps!
The food requirements really do need to be adjusted in the game. I know the era had a lot of hard labor, but sheesh.. my guy is constantly eating and I'm always 25% or under. I learned real quick when you sleep the last day of the season, you wake up full on everything the next morning.

I love watching you man, but you have got to read more. In the meat crafting, it tells you to press k to craft more. Also, you unlock resources and you don’t read the rewards. Haha. It’s all good though, keep it up.
