It seems the Cloud9 White Valorant and all female roster will be kept, and possibly no punishments will come for the accused and rumored CS match fixers in Valorant.
i dont think its a big deal, i do think its dumb that they can have 2 teams if 1 is all female but whatever, they arent going to be competing seriously i dont think, theyre a tier 2 team right now so no biggie
I think having the rule if 1 team per region unless the 2nd team is female, allows a spot for teams to look into female gamers in order for them to have a better chance of winning a tournament and it allows a pipeline and a space for Female gamers to finally get integrated into the pro scene. Its giving them a boost and be an an actual consideration for pro orgs. I think its a good step into getting more females in gaming taken seriously
Any female team competing with male team on the highest level is nothing but a marketing stunt. Female roasters should have their own division so the game can attract more female players and viewers, but putting female teams in a tournament with male teams is just meaningless.

I'm confused, orgs can't have 2 teams because if they have to play against each other that could cause problems because the org can say "hey, teamA has more fans so teamB needs to lose". But they are saying that you can have 2 teams if one is female and one is male? Wouldn't the same reasoning apply here? Or is there going to be a separate league for females or something?
