I've always been confused because they say that a lot of the ruins were cities, but there are no signs of "living" above or below them, except for labyrinthian's above ground expanse.

I love ESO. Please do ESO videos. Talk about the wilderqueen, the vestige, the evolution of harkons Castle, speculation on the Harrow storms, lydia titanborn. The elswyr dragons, wtf is rivenspire up to, wtf are Sloads, some of the dungeons and how they connect to lore in later games.
I would absolutely love to hear more ESO stuff, I've played on and off since launch and I appreciate a lot of the little details and worldbuilding stuff they do.
