So I have a 144hz Monitor with free sync ASUS tuff gaming .say using this processor and gpu the refresh rate would match the fps at 90? Or whatever it may be

Is it safe for the cpu and gpu to stay at 80-100 usage all the time if your playing warzone most of the day everyday ????? Cuz my game use to freeze and crash everytime and I have these specs but it doesn’t now it just stays at 80-100 usage but I don’t know if it’s safe
