Apex Legends is a battle royal game in which up to 20 three-man squads land on an island before searching for weapons and supplies to then attempt to defeat all other players in combat. The final team alive wins the round. The game is set in the same sci-fi universe as Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall franchise.
Unlike other prominent battle-royal games, Apex Legends is also similar to “hero shooters”, in that it allows the player to choose from a selection of player characters before each round, each with a unique set of skills. The characters are known as “legends” within the game.[2]
The game focuses heavily on teamwork and includes a much-praised system of nonverbal communication, known as “Pinging”, which allows players to use their game controller in order to communicate to their team things like directions, weapon locations, enemies and suggested strategies.[3]
Using the “Ping” command will create an icon (a so-called Ping) to appear at the location where the player is looking which is accompanied by an appropriate voice line from the player’s in-game character. The Ping will be visible to the player as well as their teammates for a short duration. The Ping icon defaults to a “Go” command, which suggests to the squad an area to explore. However, if the player is looking at something specific (such as a weapon or a piece of equipment) then the Ping icon will change contextually to highlight the presence and location of that object.[4]
The Ping command system also has more advanced functionalities, such as tapping the Ping command twice in quick succession to highlight enemies, holding down the Ping command to bring up more detailed options, Pinging when you need ammunition or equipment, context-based Pings which are unique to characters within the game, and being able to respond to or cancel prior Pings.[4]

A LOT of people forget that Jack Cooper was a Rifleman with a decent amount of Pilot training and 0 Titan training, yet he managed to take out one of the most feared Mercenary groups on the frontier and kill 100's of Pilots and reapers along the way by HIMSELF.
The double standards with the TF circlejerkers that complain about bang is silly when they don't acknowledge the literal main Character of TF2.

I believe why people talk up pilots so much compared to legends and do the nano bot things is because… their likable characters, people jexk off jack cooper (including me I love tf so much) because he fun and cool and is shown why he’s so powerful while Bangalore is a flat rather boring character with no good skins and we’re really only told she’s cool never really shown, though that’s emote is a good start but I still don’t like her character (in my opinion) and nobody wants to think one of the cool pilots that they played as or see in the campaigns could get decked by this/legends character and I can’t blame them.
Though as a person who mains revenant I have no place to talk so feel free to ignore me. (This is just my perspective, and honestly my reasoning)

How can a well trained grunt, one hit kill fully armored soldiers in a single punch? Or jump from wall to wall without having motion sickness or Pilot a Titan without some kind of neural enhancements?
Just saying Pilots should just be considered super soldiers and not a highly trained person. Hell not everyone can be a pilot.
Soooo u telling me (I already know titanfall lore. vet from both tf and tf2) that a well trained soilder can take 3 to five shots to the back and heal without any sort of neno bugs in them cause if I'm wrong hit me in comment but copper was injected with some of them bugs cause he was injured really badly.. and yes I know that some pilots are robots hint ash and stim and phaze pilot but I've never seen a grunt take up to 2 bullets and not die and titan fall even if they had big Boi armor

Every pilot canonically has cloak, holo, a-wall, phase shift, and pulse blade as shown in the intro cinematic to titanfall 2, the story, and in multiplayer where everyone can phase shift into the evacuation ship, can phase shift into their Titan, and can equip the a-wall finisher
yall forgot, not all pilot is on the same level as lets say apex predator pilot..
throughout TF2 we kill buncha piloted titan on our way to stop fold weapon, its no big deal, at the end of the day the most experienced fighter win

I seriously don't understand when people say Pilots can only be defeated by another Pilot
Jack Cooper never got a Pilot license, and he DESTROYED tons of Pilots, most notably Richter, Cane, Slone, Ash, Viper…
Additionally, being a Pilot means you are training and specializing in, you know, piloting Titans, meaning you certainly won't be taking specialization in hand to hand combat if you expect to be sitting in a Titan for most of the time.
So yeah, a Legend can beat a Pilot just fine as long as there are no Titans involved.
Still, with the pilots equipment versus the legend equipment I think a pilot would easily kill bangs
In canon pilots can use as many of the "tacticals" that you can use in titan fall games as they want. their arent really just holopilots or cloaking pilots they are all one in the same. that's why this pilot looks like a holo but can cloak.

I think that's it's not impossible for bang to kill a pilot, a bullet is a bullet afterall, I just think that the way how she kills him and the context come off as a little disrespectful. I'd expect at least a sturggle, especially when the holo pilot model has heavy armor and an exoskeleton.
About the super soldier thing, yeah they're not spartans but implants and body modifications were not uncommon, TF1's burn cards being the best example imo: stim transfusions, prosthetic legs, pernament cloaking devices, aural implants… and of course the jump kit can be used offensively as well for enhaced melee, Lastimosa goes as far as to punch trough a concrete wall in the intro cinematic for TF2.
I think Bangalore was a lot less lucky than Jackson, and seeing this, he felt bad for her and declared her the winner.

Even if bangawhore was just a regular imc soldier shes got 5 generations of imc training in her blood as she mentions in her season 9 battle pass kill quip so i personally think, that with all that history with all her family having worked for the imc i believe she could %100 clap a pilot.
Well, recently there have been many hints that we may see Jackson in the near future, so it makes sense. Also, Jackson did have a gift for Bangalore before he fell out of that ship, didn't he?

The holo pilot uses cloak because he’s doing an execution and there’s an execution like that in TitanFall 2, where you turn invisible no matter what class of pilot you have, and stabs the enemy they’re finishing in the face with their data knife. Oh also in the animation with Bangalore and the holo pilot you can see that the holo pilot has the Bangalore’s heirloom
