  1. 3.21 mn : yeah they are making fun of the game itself, because it's not pathetic, and aslo it is not disrespectfull for us ; players who expect something serious and the game to be finished, not early access made by collegians who does not realize how bad at making video games they are …

  2. The issues were major but the fixes were not major. Like with the police spawning right behind your back; after the patch the police will just spawn a little farther away than they used to, maybe across the street… That is not a fix, that's just band-aid on a broken system… The police should never even randomly spawn to begin with… In a game which is purely based on rampant crime in a future setting police is a very very important system, especially since they decided to make this game open world, however they have added police as an add-on feature at the last minute just for the sake of it 🤦
There could be NPCs/gangs killing and shooting each other but the police will not at all react to them but as soon V just walks the street and does even the slightest smallest thing the entire police force is deployed (spawned) to take V down

  3. Patch patch patch patch no patch patch patch, no DLC hack hack sold still no DLC quiet Storm. so I guess we have to wait a year before DLC comes out? I'm glad I let this game go once I beat it, I had my little fun now I'm done bars 😁

  4. Police spawning exactly behind you ? “slaps flex seal” and we made them respawn 15 feet’s further from the player.
What a joke of a company and game can’t believe that these were the same guys that gave us the Witcher 3

  5. The police 'fix' is just awful… Now they spawn in front of you instead of behind you! Great… CP2077 will NEVER be how they sold it to us and we should realise this now.

  6. There is no incentive to go commit crimes in the game, because there are no mechanics to, say, rob someone, do drugs, or start a fight. You know, ACTUAL RPG elements. So why even have a NCPD response system at all. It serves no purpose, because the game never actually encourages, nor rewards the player to do reprehensible acts. Safe for beating the shit out of innocent braindead NPCs that disappear out of the game world the moment you turn your camera away.

That's where the illusion of a cohesive, living world crumbles for me.

I'm far more concern about the lack of AI and emergent gameplay in the game than anything else. I can live with some glitches and terrible driving. The lack of roleplay elements, on the other hand, is the biggest issue for me with this game.

  7. Just got you on recommended. They did not fix any meaningful issues whatsoever. Cops still spawn behind you or out of view, just further away, still on foot. They added a driving sensitivity slider that even mobile games have and now you can get your vehicle unstuck.

From experience, theif 1.2 patch is, with the number of developers they have, a maximum two weeks of work. They did it in 3 months. Stop defending this shit.

  8. I hope they fix the UI bugs.
    Especially these:

I want to see the stats on the first gun in my inventory when I mouse over it. The stats come up on the other weapons.

I want to see the price of the arm cybernetics from the ripperdoc.
I can see the price of the other items.

When I have an item I can't use because of requirements and I put it in my stash.
When I come back later and it looks usable, it shouldn't go back to being unusable in my inventory.

Some of the info cards were illegible until I turned off DLSS.
It would be nice if that was fixed.

Oh yeah, I want my perks to work.

I can wait for everything else unless this game pulls an Anthem.
The loss of a lead dev is very concerning.

  9. It took them over three months to fix police spawning and drive controls? This game is going to take forever to actually be good. No modern game should he running at 20 FPS. They bit off more than they could chew with this one.

  10. I want to play the game in my library (and i have some), but I set it down months ago. I want to play it when it's fully updated and working as intended. My biggest gripe is that the world feels filled with empty npc husks that wander around with no reason. Doubt it'll be fixed though.

  11. I'm looking forward to the patch. In the meantime I'm using mods over on the Nexus Mods page to help alleviate some issues I have until (hopefully) they get addressed and fixed.
