Yep, posted this on Reddit yesterday. Of all the things they could have fixed…The amount of new bugs added while trying to fix things shows just how messed up the code for this game really is.
Use me as a “I’ve already deleted cyberpunk” button
I’m still hoping for better character creation looks. I’m game is till buggy I keep losing my missile launcher arms keep dropping out. I’ve got to restart my hole game again.
What if you make a save prior to looking at the item? Such as loading the auto save when you’re by the fence above the trousers?
Also, what about the slots? The legendary trousers had the max slots… that’s a good thing. Do legendary items now ALWAYS have the best slots?
If they want to do this then make the legendaries drop with max stats every time.
as of my save game, All loot is stuck at what ever it is. white stays white blue stays blue red stays red. no matter what level you are. This brakes the loot tables for this game.
If everything is static for loot then its defiantly a bug an they broke something. The RPG aspects of this game are so broken.
This isn’t a bug. It’s likely as intended. I wonder if they’ve fixed crafting, like Armadillos giving more mats back than you spent.

They screw with the loot, but not fix the ping quickhack bug? WTF man. losing interest in the game
Many have stated a “fix” is just making clothing have max slots depending of rarity. I really enjoy the game, but this seems like a step backwards, especially when most of the clothing options make you look like an raving idiot.
From what I’ve played since 1.1 dropped it seems this is static gear like the legendary Corpo, Nomad, Rocker, pants, jacket, boots, etc.. Weapon shops and gear at Clothing shops can still be rerolled with the 24 hour advance. It’s unfortunate but at least we still have tons of other glitches and exploits in the game.
I don’t even want to play the game until they fix this. It just made me feel like not playing. I know it’s not a big deal but it changed how I feel about the game. For me it’s a big deal because I enjoy trying to get them best stuff I can. I don’t know, maybe I’m over reacting but I will just been waiting for this to get fixed to continue on my new play threw. I have a max level that I have most legendary but not all. See this just pisses me off really the more I think about it.
This disappoints me on a whole different level. Why take away rerolling for mod slots? Didn't even add the option through crafting or by making us purchase slots through a vendor or something. If it's intentional that's a bummer, if not hope they fix it soon lol.

If you’re hunting for legendary chances are you know where they are from watching a a video or whatever. Just make a save before you approach it or look at it and reload that. It adds a little walking sure but that works. Its fucking stupid this is what they “patched”
I think it's more likely the introduced a bug on accident. After all there are so many other exploits untouched.

Save the game before looking at the item. Its only static once you've looked at the item.
